3rd time visiting this caravan park and NEVER have been disappointed Always lucky to get Foreshore Site and this time spent a few hours watching a few Whales having a great time in the water from our site Incredible Amenities spotless and all.staff so very friendly and helpful Great stay ❤️❤️❤️

Economy Caravan with Annex - Sleeps 4
The staff were all friendly and helpful. The Caravan park is in a beautiful location right on the sea front and the rock pool is a few metres away from the Park. Beautiful view and sound of waves. It is a different set up to other Caravan parks. The Amenities, BBQ, playground and kitchen is set in the middle of the Park and cabins are set around it and then the Caravans ( it just seems a strange arrangement) Colourful lights show the area at night, well lit at night. The Amenities were very clean, every sink had hand soap. The hand dryer in the ladies Amenities is broken ( the council has been notified by the staff, the council is responsible for getting it fixed or replaced). I mentioned to the maintenance man regarding the broken shower heads in the males showers and was told that the customers keep damaging them, unsure if it is lack off maintenance or if nearly all shower heads were damaged by Campers. One big problem was the lack of hot water in the showers, ( especially men's showers) the water wasn't hot for the duration of the shower, it turned cold and lukewarm and was especially on cold evenings unpleasant. This was confirmed by other people I spoke to. Apart from the mentioned maintenance issues, we did like the Caravan park and enjoyed our stay.

We had a powered site overlooking the bay. We saw whales playing and even baby whales plus to top it off dolphins 🐬 you couldn't ask for much more. The park itself is very clean and the staff were very helpful with directions to shops which are a few minutes walk north or the shopping complex twenty minute walk to the south, as well as tourist drives and attractions. A must place to stay on the south Coast.

We come here every Christmas holidays, perfection, love how seaside it is, the bathrooms are great, just LOVE having the bbq and ammenities being so easy to use and ready to go, as well as the park being right there ready when waiting. Downsides are kids and people walking through our plot. So annoying, needs much work on that, they get all cranky when you tell them off. Another downside is the WiFi, which is quite bad. It is free to all stayers and visitors (if given a code by stayers) but it is quite slow and rather fiddly, we usually just rather hotspot than use it’s WiFi, but other than those things, this place is perfect. Would absolutely recommend to ANYONE, stay here for a week!! - Reviewed by Xavier, The kid reviewer, stayed here many times

Grass Unpowered Sites
We have just spent a week here on our travels down south. I can say this is the best caravan park we have stayed in. Amazing location only 20m from the beaches. The staff are so friendly and the place is immaculate! Toilets and showers so clean . Camp kitchen is also amazing ! Highly recommend this park 😊

Standard 2 Bedroom Villa
Stayed in a park cabin. Super clean and well maintained. Had a small issue with a sliding door which was dealt with promptly by park management. This cabin had inclusions i wasn't expecting, such as iron, hair-dryer, toiletries, and extra blankets. As a solo traveller on this occasion I felt super safe, and with no vehicle , the number of facilities available within walking distance was excellent. Highly recommend.

Great view and location. The amenities were clean and in mostly good condition. The sites are a great size, but can still be difficult to get into. However, the last two days we were there the bins were overflowing. We had to close up our camper due to the overwhelming smell. It was not a pleasant end to our holiday.

We stayed at this campground in Shellharbour for two nights on a non-powered site. The site itself was nothing special but sufficient for our needs, as we were out most of the day and didn't spend much time at the campground. However, the sites are very close to each other, which offers little privacy. Unfortunately, the amenities were in very poor condition. The toilets were dirty, the toilet bowls were not clean, and toilet paper was scattered all over the floor. The showers also lack privacy, with cubicles that barely cover the essentials. At the dump point, two cars were parked in front of it, making it impossible for us to empty our camper. We are not sure if this is a regular issue, but it was quite frustrating. Overall, we were disappointed with our stay and would not recommend this campground.
