To comply with NSW State Regulations we only offer two sites and a two-night maximum. River Farm is 100 acres of rolling green paddocks and bush in the Byron Bay hinterland. It is bounded on one side by the upper reaches of the Wilsons River. The farm is located on a quiet country road 10 minutes from Bangalow and 20 minutes from Byron Bay. The Wilsons River here is small, but big enough for a lazy kayak ride or a cooling swim. You can go fishing (catch and release) or you might like to explore other parts of the property and go walking up the creeks in the far western paddocks. Let us know if you would like to come along when we feed hay to the cows and calves. Or do as little as you like. Whatever you choose, at River Farm you can enjoy the natural world, beauty and serenity. Our farm suits guests who are self-contained and who want to enjoy a peaceful environment. No amenities are provided, bring your own everything, leave no trace. Campfires permitted in a designated area when restrictions aren't in place. Dogs or pets not permitted. We look forward to seeing you here!

    My husband and I recently camped for 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. It is such a beautiful, peaceful place and the hosts Sharon & Steve were so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

    There's only one word to describe River Farm - PERFECT! The hosts were lovely, plenty of fire wood was there ready for us. The creek was outstanding! Will definitely be back

    Absolutely beautiful property, very well maintained, nice large camping sites far away from other campers. Sharon and Steve were very accomodating and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. We cant wait to stay there again!

    Sharon and Steve went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Truly wonderful hosts, and the camp sites are excellent, with shade, creeks, green rolling hills and a flowing river within throwing distance. Will definitely be returning

    As a family of 5 this was our first Youcamp and it was fantastic! Steve and Sharon are wonderful hosts and made us feel very at home on their property. Plenty of open space, close to the creek for a refreshing dip, wonderful shade to relax in and close to Bangalow too. We look forward to returning.
