This is a lovely, low-key campsite in a beautiful area with flat ground and easy access to water. There are no powered sites, toilets, or showers, so it’s best suited to fully self-contained campers—but if that’s you, it’s a great place to stay.
The host was very friendly and accommodating, and kindly allowed us to plug in while power wasn’t being used by others, which we really appreciated (there are powered sites across the field). There’s also Wi-Fi available, which was a nice bonus in such a relaxed setting.
The surroundings are peaceful, and the host’s dogs were absolutely gorgeous and added to the welcoming vibe. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay if you’re set up to be off-grid and value a friendly host and a nice location.
