Nested in the Coffs Harbour hinterland is this stunning 250 acre property, offering both powered and unpowered site options and great facilties over 2 campsites. Wayper Creek flows though the property, and there are manicured lawns, a large toilet and shower block with hot showers, a caravan dump point, a large BBQ shelter, firepit, and lots of lovely spots to enjoy the plethora of wildlife. During holiday season we have a second campsite opened, which has lovely amenities, too. We regularly have abseilers come down our creek, as a set of 7 waterfalls is only a 60-minute hike through the creek away. It is a stunning place for relaxation. With limited phone reception. Oasis of Hope is a great little site up the rain forest above Coffs Harbour and was a treat to find. Excellent, very clean shower and toilet facilities and a large communal BBQ area. I was concerned about the 10 volt power supply but Lars was very quick to provide me with an adaptor. A very peaceful spot so I slept soundly! If you want to stay off grid in fabulous surroundings, this is the place.

Very peaceful. Lovely amenities. The creek was nice to listen to but not really suitable for anything other than a dunk under the water. No real complaints. Was quite pricey per night. Beautiful place though.

An amazing property with beautiful manicured lawns providing clean and level camp sites. However, the back part of the property which is on the lovely river with rock pools to cool off in was not available for us to camp at. This area was completely empty and campers were just using the front entry areas which is not a swimming area. Due to the very warm weekend this was disappointing and we felt we weren’t getting anywhere near our value for money. We had paid for 2 camp sites .

Gorgeous campsite - small but not overbooked so plenty of space between pitches. Lovely location on the creek, and all the amenities you could need, kept perfectly clean. I definitely recommend!

Oasis of Hope is one of the most beautiful campgrounds we have ever stayed in. Stunning location right next to lush rainforest and a waterfall with swimming holes. Expansive mown green lawns meant that the ground never felt dusty or dirty and the owner was very friendly and welcoming. Great amenities block, they even supply eco shower gel. We will definitely be back!

We love our stay at the Oasis of Hope, the property is perfectly maintained, beautiful views, a lots of nice spot for swimming, the water was crystal clear in the creek, the camp site was very good size. The amenities was great, shower, toilets, family friendly. We had a super relaxing 3 nights there, done a lots of bike riding, racquet sports, card games, and swimming etc, we just love the peaceful and tranquillity of the surroundings. We went to the Coramba Hotel for lunch on Sunday, it was great, only a very short drive, but have great food, even have a live band there that afternoon, it was so lovely. We will definitely come back again to stay. Thank you so much Lars for providing great service and top job for keeping the property so beautiful. Shar

From the tranquil creek to the lush forest backdrop, it’s the kind of place that instantly helps you slow down and breathe. What really made the stay special was Lars. He was an absolute gentleman — genuinely welcoming, easy to talk to, and incredibly accommodating. From the moment I spoke with him, it felt like he truly cared about making sure guests felt comfortable and at home. That kind of hospitality makes all the difference. If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing camping spot with a great atmosphere and a host who goes above and beyond, Oasis of Hope is the place. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone wanting a peaceful escape. 🌿⛺️

We loved our 3 nights at Oasis of Hope. We were at camp 2, right beside a trickling stream. Crystal clear cool water to lounge in, under shady trees, the best way to beat the heat. Good amenities, water available and a camp kitchen area. Really an Oasis, or at least it was for us👍

Our 4 night stay was absolutely wonderful. There was plenty of room for all campers to stretch out comfortably, even though it was fairly busy for the Aust day long weekend. The grounds were immaculately kept with well mowed large grass areas that thankfully did not have any prickles or bindies, so our dog had a lovely time too. The creek was a cool blessing on the hot days, very clear and refreshing water to enjoy. We didn't attempt the trek to the waterfall as being older and unfit, we knew it was unrealistic for us to even try, however we don't feel we missed out on anything as the surrounds were beautiful and made our stay very peaceful and natural. Having access to well maintained amenties was an extra bonus. Thank you Lars for opening your gorgeous Oasis for others to enjoy! 😊

Wow. What an amazing place to visit and stay a few nights. The grounds were immaculate and the facilities are well kept and very clean. Access to the creek was via one entrance point. More would have been nice. .

A super lovely spot and a beautiful part of the world, the natural forest around the site is really a very special and incredible thing… the site was easy to get to get to and the road was bitumen all the way though there is two spots where a creek could rise. If there has been a lot of rain . The campsite was lovely and grassy and the facilities were terrific… We camped in the first small campsite which was a lot quieter than the busier part further down the track but that was also a lovely place for people to stay to… Totally recommend :)

Everything was really nice , the spot itself was pristine , the campground is really nice , the river runs just next to it which is pretty accessible as well . The amenities were amazingly clean and provided with all the goods .

The place is beautiful but the conditions of the bathrooms and the bbq space are terrible. The bathrooms are smelling piss, showers are dirty and there are insects.

Beautiful site. One of the nicest campgrounds we have stayed at. Very peaceful indeed. Remember take a torch if going to the toilet block at night! You will most likely encounter some local wildlife! Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Lovely property in a beautiful setting and quite peaceful. We spent 3 nights there and that was enough but had fun exploring the creek and local swimming spots. I would take plenty of mozzie spray! The waterfall was too far & hard for our 7 & 9 year olds to make it so that was a little disappointing. There was nowhere to go fishing either so that was a little disappointing. Overall though it was a nice experience and we didn't have any phone service so it was nice to switch off!
