Highly recommend NRMA Batemans Bay Holiday Resort! We have traveled around Australia in our caravan and I must mention that this caravan park is one of the best we have stayed at . The ladies and staff here are amazing ! The service they provide is 10 out of 10. Margot was friendly and lovely to deal with as well as all the other ladies I had spoken to in the office ( can’t remember all their names ) . We stayed here for a week during school holidays and there were so many fun activities provided for the kids . We also had a free Pancake breakfast , which was such a treat and delicious! One of the nights we also had an outdoor movie night on the big screen,under the stars . This was a great experience for the whole family ! My boys have had so much fun . Everything is also well kept and the bathrooms and amenities are kept clean. Definitely worth the stay!! :)

Had a great time staying in NRMA Caravan parks and resorts in Batemans Bay. The manager, receptionist and the housekeeping team were amazing. They accomodate us very warmly , my family really loved our stay. Highly recommended this caravan park. Especial mention to Dianne And Deborah for helping us making our stay wonderful .

we had an awesome stay, our motorhome broke down and with 4 little dogs we were having a problem finding accomadation. Tess the manager helped us with a cabin to stay. the front desk staff Mary and Dianne were lovely and very cheerful, the cleaners Debbie and Natalie, Sharon just made our stay so much fun, I was impressed by their commitent to go the extra mile. The cabin was very clean. and the amenities as well. the beach was just in front of our cabin which is dog friendly and our little pooches really enjoyed their walks everyday. Thanks for all your help. 4dogs

We stayed in a 2 bedroom cabin for our family of 4. Cabin was amazing had everything we needed. The facilities are great Pool for the kids where many friends made. Jumping pillow, mini golf and table tennis. Kids will love being here. Staff very friendly and helpful. Merry Christmas 🎅 🎄

The positives: Great position, close to local shops in and around Batemans Bay. Must do if you love seafood is visit the boathouse in Batemans Bay. Absolutely stunning seafood. The park is Well maintained. We didn’t use any of the facilities but they all looked tidy and clean. Easy access to the beach. Friendly staff. The negatives: Our site #232 proved too small for our 9 metre caravan and car combined. We were unable to accommodate both on the site and had to park the car in the guest parking area, which was a little disappointing. Maneuvering the caravan in such a tight space was also challenging. But all in all we had a lovely stay.

Absolutely loved staying here. This is a great place for children they have mini golf a pool, access to the beach which is very easy for kids, go carts for hire was awsome to see everyone riding around. A jumping pillow which is shaded and a games room for the kids. The amenities were fantastic. Music in the bathrooms can’t complain. Showers were great very clean. You could rent out balls and games from reception. Honestly a fantastic location and great staff. Nothing was too hard for them. We’re definitely coming back. what I also loved was we got a text message that a coffee van was there for an hour to come and get coffee if we wanted it and I just thought that was a really great extra touch.

We stayed here recently in our 9m bus with our 2 corgis and had a very pleasant stay. The proximity to the beach and only a couple of kms walk to town made it convenient. Was also impressed by the quality of the amenities. Best showers I've seen in a park so far: shelves and hooks and plenty of space. The dump point was also in an excellent position and easily accessed.

We only stayed one night on a ensuite site and wished we could have stayed longer. The park was great and the staff were friendly. Great location right on the beach. The ensuite on our site was lovely and clean. We will definitely be back and next time for a longer stay. Dog friendly as well

Studio Room - Shared Bathroom
We had such an enjoyable time at this campground and would totally recommend to anyone! Our family stayed in a studio for five days and it was very convenient, comfortable and affordable. Even though it was a busy holiday period with the campground being very full, the facilities (toilets, showers, camp kitchen and laundry) were all exceptionally clean and very well maintained. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our toddler wanted to look at the bikes and carts everyday (because he's fascinated with cars) and the staff were so friendly, even taking photos for us and chatting with us. The location was prime - straight on the beach, with a nice walk either into Batehaven or Batemans Bay! This was probably our best family holiday experience, we didn't want to leave! We very much enjoyed the campground and will hopefully be back again! Thank you to all the staff for an awesome and memorable time!
