50 acre Hobby farm. Lovely walking tracks through forest. Chickens, peacock, horses, cows to view and pat. Pitch a tent and enjoy the view of the dam, black cockatoos flying overhead and the relaxed vibe of this coastal farm. There is a flying fox, tree swing, half pipe for skateboarding, trampoline and plenty of space to ride your bike. Swim in the dam, go for a forest walk or enjoys watching the animals. 3mins off the pacific highway so easy stop off What’s nearby - Harwood hotel - great lunch/dinner Chatsworth cafe - breakfast 15mins to closest beach (shark bay which allows cars to drive along it) . Great fishing too. 18mins to New Italy state forest Has dedicated mountain bike tracks. Allows moterbikes and horse riding. (Easy parking) Pets welcome including horses. Dogs must be on leash.

Love our stay. Chooks, peacocks, horses, and 2 incredibly friendly cows! My daughter had the best time patting all the animals.

We loved the place at farm Lodge! The owner was so nice and friendly! Views there were stunning with beautiful animals ✨ I would totally recommend this place!

Ngaio was a fantastic host and made us feel very welcome. The property is beautiful and the site was all grass and flat. The animals were a standout for our kids and the got to meet them all.

Farm Lodge
Relaxing stay with amazing views. Peacocks, cow, horses on the site. Beautiful atmosphere and very welcoming and helpful host. Will return again next year.

We were the only campers in the large lower paddock where the cows and horses were. All visited our tent for a sniff and a pat. Was lovely to wake up to them snacking on grass outside. The scenery was beautiful and we had a great time.

What an epic stay, so grateful that we got to experience the magic of Ngaio’s farm. Especially, milk feeding her baby calf’s… so cute!! And all the animals, so friendly and love a good scratch. Would definitely recommend if you want to stay away from the hustle and bustle but also not be too far from Byron or Yamba. Love love love, we will be back!

Lovely spot. The cabin was clean, new and had everything we needed. The hosts even had milk, eggs and berries in the fridge for us. WiFi was available. We didn't use the hot tub but it looked great. We were only staying as a stopover on a long trip but I would definitely recommend it for a longer stay.

Amazing spot, very glad we chose it and we are grateful to have spent time there. Our daughter loved playing with the chickens and horses, the flying fox and the trampoline. The scenery was beautiful and Ngaio was a great host. Peaceful, clean and no hassles. Would recommend

Awesome site, came in last minute on New Year’s Eve expected to not find a place and glad we did because this was an excellent stay, Will definitely be coming back. Host was lovely Would be awesome for kids and easy to get in with a 2WD.

Absolutely beautiful property! Ngaio was super lovely and accomodating. The cabin was comfortable and clean. Our dog had a fantastic time running free in the paddock and swimming in the dam. Looking forward to coming back when we’re next in the area.

Absolutely beautiful property, generous hosts, very handy to the highway. We had a lovely stop off in the studio flat & would love to return for a longer stay. A great place for kids & our doggo loved being able to interact with the animals, was very curious/wary of the super cute highland cow!
