You are welcome to contact us for enquiries. ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS: Drive down the driveway to the Hipcamp sign on the right, enter and set up next to one of the available fire pits. We'll visit you in the afternoon. Misty Mountain Farm is a family run working beef cattle property and horse training facility situated at the base of picturesque Coolangatta Mountain. Camp grounds are well maintained grass paddocks surrounded by beautiful picturesque scenery. Kerren is a wonderful host and her property is stunning. It was easy to fine and very convenient- close to Berry, Nowra, kangaroo valley, and Gerringong. Also very close to great little wineries. Kerren also offered a pony ride to our three year old son who absolutely loved it. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The site was clean, level and well separated from others. The view is pleasant and there is little road noise. The information provided about the camp was clear and accurate, and the hosts were friendly and welcoming.

What a stunning place to pull up, set up a tent or campervan, sit under the sky, the stars, on the soft grass. Admiring and taking in the views of the surrounding mountains, trees, horses, cows and bird life. I loved this spot, it’s magical. Kerren and Mark are awesome hosts too!

We loved our 4 day stay at Kerren’s paddock. We were a group of 7 with 3 caravans and a trooper. With no facilities other than a tap for drink water and fire pits, it was perfect for us. Beautiful outlook to the mountain, with cows and horses in adjoining paddocks. Very quiet and a great alternative to a caravan park. Close to wineries and shops and Berry only a 10 min drive. Our hosts were very accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

We camped at Misty Meadows one night over the Australia day weekend. Campsite was well maintained - kind of like a big spacious field. There were many other campers so if you're looking for a private spot it might not be the site for you. It was the perfect base for accessing the local beaches during the day and just what we were after.

We did enjoy our stay however, it was a pain with no toilets and paying $95 for a basic campsite. The scenery and camp ground are nice but a bit expensive. It would be great if they could put more firepits in as there were not enough firepits for the amount of camera.

My partner and I had the best time at Misty Mountain! The owners were so lovely and welcoming and the site was really quiet and relaxing. We couldn't recommend this spot more if we tried - 15 minutes outside of Gerringong made it close enough to the town but also further enough away to feel private and off the 'beaten track'

We had a wonderful stay. Even at the busiest time of year, we felt like we were camping alone. Our site was beautiful and green, water available close by and a 3 minute drive to the beach. Kerren and Mark were wonderful hosts, checking in daily if we needed anything. We will definitely be back.

Great spot to camp up and explore nearby shoal bay. Even got to have a horse ride. Not a huge area, but you’re far enough away from neighbours.

An incredibly beautiful piece of Australian coastline surrounds this property. Close by to beach, mountains and healthy happy grazing animals. This hip camp is perfectly located to every thing and offers friendly hosts that are keen to share their knowledge and love of the area. Horse riding was an added treat.

Absolutely beautiful spot, quiet and peaceful, gorgeous countryside. The kids loved seeing the cows and horses. Only a short drive to seven mile beach and the shoalhaven and crooked rivers, where we swam, fished and kayaked all day before roasting marshmallows under the stars in the evening. Mark and Kerren were lovely hosts, very friendly, prompt replies and really helpful when we had a last minute change to the booking. Would highly recommend, and the kids are already asking when we can go back for another stay!

I paid close to $200 for two people one tent, one night, which I thought was expensive considering. It was Close to main road I could hear the cars driving past. No toilet Firewood was extra.

Beautiful property, large grassy sites, fire pits, horse riding available, amazing mountain views, peaceful, close to everything. We extended our stay as we liked it so much. It was so much better than the caravan parks. Highly recommend.

Kerren was extremely hospitable and made us feel really welcome on the farm. The plot was beautiful, just what we were after, a short drive from the beach. Highly recommend. Can't wait to stay there again!

We loved our stay at Misty Mountain. We stayed for a week over the Christmas period and really enjoyed it. Their was plenty of space between us and other campers, everyone was respectful, the grass was green and short. The fire pits were great at night. There is plenty to do in the area, up and down the coast. Kerren and Mark were friendly and helpful.
