Our farmstay is a cosy, newly built, self-contained one bedroom unit built at the end of our large shed. The lounge, spacious bedroom and front patio have stunning views to Merimbula Lake and the Ocean. Enjoy peace and country air, sweeping views, and the novelty of friendly alpacas meandering about their day. The farmstay is private from our house which is set on 20 undulating acres. We have been operating our farm as a successful boutique Alpaca Stud for the last 20 years. Guests will be able to access all parts of the farm, and are welcome to attend daily feeding and husbandry activities with the alpacas. We enjoy sharing our knowledge and experience of Alpacas to anyone interested! We are only a few minutes drive from the quaint historical Pambula Village, Beach, Airport, Golf Course and Merimbula. A great base from which to explore this lovely part of the Sapphire Coast. The bedroom is spacious with a Queen bed, electric blanket, wardrobe, heater and ceiling fan. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven, grill and gas hotplate, microwave, crockery, cutlery and saucepans etc and a bar fridge. There is no dishwasher. The bathroom has a vanity, shower, overhead heater/fan and a separate toilet. There is an outdoor setting on the patio. The unit is a new construction and all rooms are fully insulated. It has a north-east aspect so the patio and all rooms get the beautiful morning sunrises. There is free Wi Fi and Laundry Facilities are available at the main house.
