We had a great stopover at Jali. So so peaceful. Mick and Ann were very social and accommodating. The pool & happy hour drinks at their bar were great. A spot of fishing off the bank was also good. Highly recommend.

A quick one night stay but perfect location by the river for a tent. Ann was very welcoming and communicative. Perfect distance between Sydney and Brisbane and quick detour off the motorway. Will definitely stay again!

Heaven on earth - we were the only people there so had a beautiful jetty on the river to ourselves, as well as the gorgeous pool and a clean toilet. Ann was very kind and helpful and the dogs were lovely.

We had an absolutely amazing time at JALI Farm Stay. The views are gorgeous — so tranquil, open, and simply spectacular.
Ann and Mick are wonderful & hospitable hosts who made us feel so welcome and were always up for a good yarn. All the animals were a real treat — the cows, dogs and cats were friendly and gentle!
All amenities were spotless and well-kept, including the shower and toilets. The property features a swimming pool and a well-equipped camp kitchen/BBQ area with a decorated bar full of character.
My partner and I had a fantastic camping experience in this serene riverside setting and we couldn't be happier! We can't wait to come back (hopefully longer next time)!

Highly recommend staying at Riverfront Camping at JALI serenity!!! This was a last minute booking for my partner and i and so grateful we were able to book. Ann and her partner were friendly and kind host that made us feel at home. Their property is so beautiful with the cutest animals. Amenities are well maintained and clean. They had a pool and camp kitchen with bar that was beautifully decorated. My partner and i absolutely loved camping here, it was so peaceful located right on the Johns river. Will definitely be returning again.

Our stay at JALI Farm Stay was nothing short of incredible. The scenery is absolutely stunning, peaceful, spacious and truly breathtaking.
Ann and Mick are the most accommodating hosts and genuinely go above and beyond to make your stay special. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel so welcome. The animals were a highlight — friendly cows, adorable puppies, and kittens. Mick and Ann even arranged for a miniature Highland cow to visit from a friend’s farm so we could pat it and see it up close, which was such a special and memorable experience.
The property has everything you could possibly need: a beautiful lake with a jetty for fishing, a boat ramp where we took our Jet Skis out, a fabulous pool, and a bar full of character. There’s also a well-equipped kitchen, excellent amenities, hot showers, toilets and plenty of firewood provided.
We stayed for 3 nights with 6 couples, including my partner and I, and every single one of us had the best time! The facilities, atmosphere and attention to detail made it a truly relaxing and unforgettable getaway.
We couldn’t be happier with our stay and cannot recommend JALI Farm Stay highly enough!! We’ll definitely be back! 😊💖

Riverfront Camping at JALI serenity
Ann and Mic are great hosts!
The lawn is beautiful, their lights at night are so pretty. Their set up for late arvo night/social games were such a vibe.
I camped with my kids and husband and the vibe Mic and Ann facilitate is welcoming.
We camped in our trailer and we look forward to coming back.

Love this place. Beautiful grassy riverside camping with a bush kitchen and swimming pool, which was very much appreciated during the hot days of early January. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended! Thank you Ann & Mick!

What an amazing place. Mick and Anne have set up a little slice of paradise. We had an amazing stay over new years. Would recommend to anyone looking for amazing estuary fishing and lush grassed camping

Riverside relaxation and adventure
Ann and Mick are absolute legends and such friendly hosts if you want to have a chat (but also respect your space if you just want some riverside peace and quiet).
The campsite is beautifully grassy without a weed in sight and very well kept - super easy to pitch a tent on and get set up, as well as no worries about bindis for us barefoot bandits.
Being on the river was exquisite for launching kayaks, there’s a dedicated spot to slide on in as well as a small jetty. The river is pristine and surrounded by mangroves and gorgeous gum trees. The sunsets on the water are AMAZING and it is so tranquil to float down the river.
Hot water in the shower, flushing toilets, drinkable water and a microwave makes this a fab stop in to refresh and be comfortable.

Our first Hipcamp and it was lovely here! Great amenities - bathroom, showers, kitchen, sink, lovely space and mowed lawn. You can camp by the river or with the view of nearby paddock and cows! Felt very safe, Ann was very welcoming. Would stay again!

Riverfront Camping at JALI serenity
I loved thidplace ad it had really clean amenities fresh drinking water and lots of space when we got there we were greeted by a pack of cute dogs and they are very friendly and cute, there is a fresh water lake wich you can fish anf theres crab cages that you can set to catch mud crabs. This place was so much fun and the owners/staff were amazing and very friendly i steongly recomend as it also has a pool and a spot where you can cook. This spot was the best camping spot ive ever been to! I 100% recomend this spot.

What a beautiful property, beautifully maintained, clean, tidy, very friendly hosts, the donga was very nice and the big verandah was very handy as we had other family members with small children camping with us, this made meal time outside very nice. I would recommend this property to anyone. The fishing was good too.

Beautiful manicured lawns onto the river.
Ann & Mick make you feel very welcomed like family. Amazing bar cabana area with camp kitchen & pool. Use of 2 toilets & a shower.
Very peaceful & plenty of room to space out.

Ann was really kind and helpful in every stage of the camping, the place is really pretty and clean and dogs are really friendly. The morning was really nice with the birds singing creating a good breakfast environment.
Make sure to read the how to get there steps, we lost hour way but Ann help us to get there.

My family and I loved camping at Jali’s! Beautiful place by the river. Very close to drive to some great beaches and only 15minites away is a Woolies to stock up on supplies.

Jali farmstay is a beautiful well kept place. Hosts were accomodating and friendly. Facilities neat and clean. Plenty of grassland to camp by the river. Jetty is a great spot for fishing or just watching wildlife. Fire pits were provided and fire wood is available for purchase ( generous amount and well priced). We will be back. .

Beautiful location, awesome spot!!
Was an absolute picturesque location on the river, campsite was well kept and manicured. Also had toilets, swimming pool, hot shower etc. If you love dogs or other animals there are heaps around too!
The owners were so accomodating and lovely. We couldn't recommend this spot more!

Beautiful spot on the river. Lovely soft green grass, I got to pick where I wanted to set up as I had the place to myself. The facilites and amenities were good. Didn't get a chance to have a swim in the pool but it looked inviting. Ann was so lovely. I would highily recommend this place to anyone looking for a camping spot in the area.

We camped here with our 7 month old and 4 year old. Beautiful area on the river, we loved the pool, clean toilets, hot shower and the owners were lovely. Very helpful. Can’t wait to return on our next trip up North

Beautiful location and amazing site
Very well kept huge campsite. Beautiful location facing the river.
Facilities are amazing with a fully functional camp kitchen, swimming pool, hot shower and toilet, and lots of space to hang out and chill. lots of dogs and cats around to play with.
The host is amazing. Very friendly and always there to help.
I would love to visit again and recommend others to visit.
