The Luxury Glamping Pod At the heart of the camping area, is the luxury glamping pod—a 6-meter, The Bowery Dome, a geodesic dome structure designed to blend elegance, comfort, and adventure. This architectural haven offers a unique stay experience — a perfect harmony of modern design and rustic charm. One of the highlights of this retreat is the outdoor experience. Beyond the glamping pod, you’ll find a private campfire area, with outdoor cooking setup including a cast-iron cooking kit, A fire pit with a grill plus crockery etc. A rustic seating area, inviting you to relax and soak in the incredible views while enjoying a meal in the great outdoors. We believe in providing a comfortable stay while maintaining a sustainable footprint. Your stay includes access to: A private outhouse with a hot shower, allowing you to refresh after a day of exploring. A composting toilet, designed to be odor-free and environmentally friendly. A washing-up area, so you can clean up easily after meals. Additional Camping Sites While the luxury glamping pod is the centerpiece of the experience, the property also allows for two additional campsites for those who prefer to bring their own tents or have friends coming along.

The Snug Onion Glamping Tent
We had a great long weekend here! The host was super quick to respond and very helpful. The campsite is close to Kangaroo Valley town, so it’s easy to grab supplies if needed. We had the whole site to ourselves — two families and a dog — and it felt spacious, safe, and relaxing. Our dog loved being off-leash! The hot shower, toilet, and kitchen washing area with hot water made camping really comfortable. It was the first camping trip for the other family, and they absolutely loved the experience. There’s no phone reception, which was actually great — everyone could truly switch off and enjoy nature. The new timber platform for the onion snug tent looks great too ! Love our camping experience here.

Fantastic private setting with amazing view of the valley. Big shady green space in nook of forest, it was great. We sat up late listening to all the animals as we watched the fire. If you could improve anything, I'd go a larger sign (the turn off was easy to miss), and the glamping tent needs bedding provided. Everything went fine for us though, loved it.

We had such a lovely stay at this campsite! It’s private, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Having a toilet and shower available made the experience even better — it was great to be able to freshen up after a day outdoors. The place was clean, quiet, and surrounded by nature. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a calm and comfortable camping spot!

A beautiful campsite! Quiet, peaceful and so picturesque. Easy to access, via sealed roads through farmlands (go slow, watch out for wildlife and livestock). Space to park the car/s and unload, near the site. Big, old tree a majestic feature. Lots of birds, saw wallabies and a wombat! Amenity outbuilding very appreciated, running water, super hot shower and composting toilet makes for a comfy stay. We pitched our own tent, so did not sleep in the “Snug Onion”, but it looked well set up and would be a great option if you did not BYO tent. We hope to go back soon. Thank you Angie!

We had such a beautiful time here! Everything about this place felt so peaceful - the scenic drive in, the glowing ancient tree at sunset, the tent and a cosy little fire-pit. Such a bonus having a nice clean shower and toilet too. Would highly recommend!

Such a great spot near a great little village. Angie's spot is really private but only a short 5min drive to Kangaroo Valley Village where there is lots to do. A great glamping weekend!

The Snug Onion Glamping Tent
What a beautiful site to camp with everything you need. You have the option to pitch your own tents or stay in the readily available "onion" tent with a mattress, lighting and tables. We were camping with some first timers so having a bathroom with a toilet, shower and cooking utensils was a great entrance into camping for them. Would highly recommend this place for anyone wanting a getaway, that isn't too far from Sydney and has heaps of activity options around.

Such a beautiful little camp site. Toilet and shower are a great little bonus and the glamping tent is fab. 1 hour drive to Jambaroo for the kids and 40 mins to beach. A very bucolic little place. We loved it.
