Figtree Farm at Findon Creek is a 600-acre natural oasis. Tucked away in a tranquil, secluded valley, this hidden gem is surrounded by Long Creek to the south and Findon Creek to the west, while the northern edge extends to the Dedicated Wilderness of the Border Ranges National Park. This much-loved family-owned farm has a rich history, transitioning from a dairy farm to a beef property. Today, it flourishes with a bio-diverse planting of native trees and a joinery workshop crafting designer furniture. Cabin at Valley's End is our flagship accommodation at Figtree Farm. Having 3-bedrooms and 3 bathrooms it is an ideal place for a relaxing weekend. The cabin has flat ground on 2 sides which allows for additional campers (up to 20 people). In addition we offer 3 creek-side camp sites which have plenty of room for large groups; they are all situated on well drained, grassy open spaces beside the creek. In wet conditions you will need a 4WD to access these sites. Figtree Farm has an abundance of bird and animal life. Here, tranquillity reigns, save for the occasional serenade of our friendly neighbourhood donkeys and the odd rooster. If you wish to wander further afield, Wiangaree is 15 minutes away and Kyogle is a 30 minute drive south. For those who enjoy a game of tennis there is an all weather tennis court (with lights) nearby at Bundgeam Hall. Figtree Farm at Findon Creek promises opportunities for contemplation, relaxation and fun and it is our wish that you will have many happy memories of your visit here.

Jaya's Camp is a private, tranquil location on a large area of mowed creek flat (50m x 250m) adjacent to Findon Creek. The site is suitable for group camping. We take only one booking for a group and they have exclusive use of the site. The creek has a rocky bottom which is shallow in parts making it an ideal place for children to explore. There are also several small swimming holes and 2 larger swimming holes nearby which are shared space. There is a fire pit with firewood on site. We provide an amenities block at 929 Findon Creek Road: amenities include access to electricity, Wifi, a flushable toilet, laundry tub and hot shower. Amenities are a 5-minute walk from site. We welcome people with dogs but ask that they be kept under control at all times as kangaroos and koalas do not appreciate being chased! Things to do: our property is on the site of the old Lindesay View Post Office and we can provide access to the abandoned logging village at Long Creek. We are a 10 minute drive from the flying fox camp at Moore Park, a fascinating place to visit especially on dusk. There is an all-weather tennis court with lights at Bundgeam (8 minute drive); we are also a 1/2 hour drive from Kyogle or Woodenbong, and Wiangaree is even closer!

Honeymoon Flat is 5 acres of flat, open, mowed grass on a bend in Findon Creek. It is suited to larger groups and only one booking is taken so that you will have exclusive use of this section of the creek. Honeymoon Flat is a "biological hotspot" with remnant riparian vegetation fringing the creek and providing lots of shade. There is one small swimming hole for your exclusive use and 2 larger swimming holes in the vicinity that are shared space. Easy access as it is only 200m from the Findon Creek Road. Would suit self-contained campers as (shared) amenities are 800m further back down the valley at 929 Findon Creek Road. We have discounted the price accordingly.

The Old Post Office

The Old Post Office site is located at the site of the old Lindesay View Post Office, operated from a small wooden cottage by a lady affectionately known to all as Auntie Annie. Two majestic old Hoop Pines mark the spot. This site is the closest one to the amenities and we are also able to run ELECTRICITY to the site The flat grassy camping site is suitable for larger groups. It is approximately 120m long and 40m wide with the creek flowing alongside. The northern end of the site is very protected being shaded by large old Silky Oaks and pecan trees. Although it is close to the Findon Creek Road the site is quite private being screened by trees on all sides. It is also close to the amenities (walking distance to the toilet) and has wifi on site. Hipcampers will have exclusive use of 200 m of creekline which contains one small swimming hole. There are three larger (shared swimming holes in the vicinity).

Valleys End is a 3-bedroom cabin at the top of Findon Creek which is a No Through Road. With camping spaces around the site (and 3 bathrooms) it has capacity to accommodate larger groups. The cabin is well designed and appointed with a large kitchen/living space with a wood stove and a 50" smart TV. The cabin is surrounded on all sides by hardwood decks which give panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. The neighbour's permaculture garden is also partially visible from the site. The cabin is surrounded by wildlife, great place for birdwatchers, there are also bushwalks up the gully behind the house and along the creek; swimming hole nearby. Please note price DOES NOT include linen or towels. Bedrooms as follows: 1. Master Bedroom: QB with ensuite and AIRCON 2. Middle Bedroom: 2 King single beds 3. End Bedroom: QB Although we have 6 beds we allow a further 12 guests to camp in the vicinity of the cabin. WHEN BOOKING INCLUDE CAMPERS AT THE CHILDREN'S RATE ($20 per night).

Honeymoon Flat
Had a great time camping at the honeymoon flat. Very peaceful and secluded part of their property, no one else nearby or could be heard. Enjoyed hearing the running water through the creek and gazing up at the crystal clear night sky. Our 3 dogs annoyed the open space and going for a swim. Will be returning in the future!

We had a lovely time camping at The Old Post Office. JB and her husband were very friendly and accommodating. Saw lots of wildlife and the creek was so refreshing to dip in on a hot day. Will definitely recommend .

This is a beautiful site. I cannot speak too highly of it. It borders the national parks right at the very top of New South Wales. Bird and animal life is abundant – birdsong surrounds you for most of the day. The lush tropical rainforest covered escarpments provide a spectacular backdrop. Jane and Andrzej are very friendly and helpful hosts.

The Old Post Office
We enjoyed 5 nights here and thorougly enjoyed ourselves. Great camping spot, very private and swimming in the creek was amazing on those hot days, with plenty of firewood provided for the cooler nights. We highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a well maintined camp spot with amenities.

Several families of ours spent a truly unforgettable Christmas here. There was plenty of space for children to play, and we could also set up tents outdoors. We enjoyed barbecuing together and singing, and it was all very relaxing. The environment is beautiful and quiet. In the mornings, we could see mist rolling through the mountains, which made the whole experience especially peaceful and refreshing. The host was very kind and patiently explained how everything worked. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing getaway.

Five wonderful nights spent tucked away at Eagles Rest in Findon Creek. Nestled in lush green hillside, this thoughtfully designed, purpose built home provided a peaceful sanctuary. We enjoyed everything from outdoor showers to refreshing dips in swimming holes and relaxing evenings around the fire pit under a star spangled sky. The space allowed us to be completely at one with nature, being surrounded by an abundance of bird song. We wished we could have stayed longer, but we look forward to a return visit. Thank you to our hosts Andrzej & Jane for responding promptly to any small queries during our stay.

The Old Post Office
Excellent place, we enjoyed our stay. Really value the privacy of being able to book out the whole area for our own group. The only issue was the bathroom - the fall of the floor is incorrect so the shower water flows around the toilet and then out the door as more water builds up, not flowing into the drain. It's really unpleasant having the toilet surrounded by a huge puddle of someone else's shower water, and you have to wade through this and have your feet in it while you use the toilet. I'd love to come back to this campsite, but after the bathroom drain issue is fixed.

A truly fantastic campsite — spacious, shaded, and tucked beside a peaceful creek with a swimming hole. It felt wonderfully private and serene, yet just a short walk to flushing toilets and hot showers. The fire pit was ideal, and having firewood provided was a thoughtful bonus.

We had a small group of families. Mix of sleepers in the house and campers. You get all the freedom and natural surroundings of bush camping with the simple pleasures that come with a full resourced home. The creek is divine. The breezes ideal flowing under the verandah. We will be back.

Beautiful location for a long weekend! Peaceful, quiet setting with 360 degree views of bushland & mountains. We stayed as 2 families with kids. Loved the setup of the cabin & veranda overlooking grassed area to set up a fire or play. Gorgeous creek on the property provided many hours of exploring for the kids.

The Old Post Office
We had a great time camping at the old post office site. Completely private, very close to the amenities block, and perfectly cut off from the rest of the world! There is WiFi if you need, but we only used it occasionally. Plenty of firewood available, with a fire pit and electric hookup on site. We will be back!

We had the time of our lives at this incredible campsite! The place was beautiful, peaceful, and so well maintained. The amenities were really good and super convenient, making our stay really comfortable. Communication with the hosts was amazing—friendly, responsive, and welcoming from start to finish. You can tell they really care about the experience. We will definitely be returning many more times!

We loved staying in JB's Cabin at Valley's End. It was the perfect space for two families to enjoy a relaxing weekend away. The outlook from the decks of the cabin is beautiful and the whole area so peaceful. Kids loved exploring the creek! We enjoyed having both the inside and outside fire places and the small space heaters in the bedrooms came in handy on a particular chilly morning! My small suggestion would be to add hooks or towel racks in the main bathroom. Thank you Jane and Andrzej for sharing you little piece of paradise with us and your warm hospitality.

We loved this spot, it felt so private and isolated. The constant backdrop of the creek and bird noise made it the ideal break from Brisbane. We had plenty of space, heaps of firewood and the dog loved being off leash the whole weekend. Would definitely be keen to come back when it's a bit warmer

Great spot away from the hustle and bustle of modern life…quite a drive away from any towns but that suited us just fine. Creek at the bottom of the drive for kids to play in, Cosy fire for winter and nothing but the sound of nature to greet you in the morning!

Stunning views, comfortable stay, and an amazing group vibe! We had 25 people stay at this campsite, and everyone had a blast. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great group experience. Andre was very helpful with arranging wood fire and made the property welcoming before our arrival . As other campers have mentioned, curtains for the third bathroom downstairs would be nice . Overall, we as a group had great time and would definitely recommend.
