***FERNBANK CREEK - PORT MACQUARIE*** Six and a half acres of level paddock with two spring fed dams surrounded by tree lines for morning and afternoon shade. Suitable for self-sufficient vans, tents, camper trailers, motorhomes. You will need your own amenities. Good mobile phone service. Suggest families with young toddlers camp away from the dams. You can utilise your own fire pit, strictly no glass to be burned. You can find sticks and branches along the tree lines. All rubbish is to be removed. Direct road access to the property. Just 7 minutes drive to the centre of Port Macquarie and an easy 2 minute drive from the Pacific Highway on a quiet and scenic road. Pets welcome, but please be mindful of other guests and our resident pets. Fernbank Creek Road runs along a natural ‘chain-of-ponds’ water way, wildlife include turtles, ducks, quail, red bills, tawny frogmouth, ring tail possums, sugar gliders and kangaroos to name a few. Walking distance to local winery and horse riding centre. We do our best to allow you to access our piece of paradise.

Beautiful piece of land in a private and rustic location. So many beautiful bird species and we even saw kangaroos across the road in the morning! Would highly recommend.

We loved staying here with our campervan. We have a large dog who was able to have some long lead freedom. It was lovely and private whilst still being on someone’s property, very private and quiet. Loved waking up to the birds chirping in the trees around us. Felt very safe. Plus we had internet which was handy for a cooler night in the van with a movie, all windows were open with a beautiful breeze.

We loved the huge area on which we were able to set up our caravan overlooking a lovely wild paddock with birds in abundance. It was very quiet and Suzanne was very helpful when I was making our booking. Location great to Port, a short cut drive to city took us 15 minutes. We managed to miss the turning through the gate and had to turn around further up the road, so drive slowly and look for the notices on the gate as well on your left. Would recommend this restful camp spot to anyone looking for a quiet spot near an amazing township.

Nice and safe big field for a nights stay. We stayed in site 2 near the road and it wasnt too loud. Can imagine if it was bad rain the field would be saturated but excellent in dry conditions

Our family loved our stay there! It was so quite and we felt so close to nature! We saw kangaroos and birds! Our host was very polite and came to see us at the arrival, even if ur was late in the afternoon! I would definitely recommend it!

Lovely flat grassed area. Nice and quiet. Our host Suzanne was very helpful in accommodating us as the heavy rain prior to our arrival meant we had to change our allocated site.

Fantastic location close to Port Macquarie, Lake Cathie and Bonny Hills. Located in a quiet leafy back road that is also minutes away from shops, take away or petrol stations. Hosts are nearby but not intrusive in any way, can help with tourist information if you need help

Suzanne was super helpful and communicative. She checked in with us regarding set up and that she would be checking site conditions after rainfall to put us in the best site for our two wheel drive camper. Lovely site super peaceful

I got there and the grass was so wet that it was impossible to camp. Stayed for 30 minutes and left. So I wasted my money. You should rent spots just because you have a backyard. Other conditions needed to be guaranteed. I felted robbed.

Great tidy spot with lots of grass area for the kids to run around, explore and kick the footy. We pulled up for one night, not far off the highway. Would definitely stop here again. Definitely bring mozzie spray.

10/10 would return again for another stay! Easy to find, close to town and kid/dog friendly! Suzanne and Steven’s land is beautiful and well looked after. It was so easy to communicate with them and we very much enjoyed our peaceful stay!

Hosts were very friendly, ensured we were suited to the right spot. Had our own privacy and plenty of space. Very flat ground too and a quiet area. If you’re near the dam don’t forget mozzie repellent.

it was a really nice property, the grass was so green and soft especially for the middle of summer, didn't even need to wear shoes. the only down side was the spot we choose was right next to the dam and my partner and I got attacked by mosquito's, but mosquito's do just love our blood for some reason. I would stay there again just maybe not next to the dam

Nice and flat for our camper trailer. Wasn't very private which was problematic given the fact that there were no amenities so showering and toilet needed to be self contained.

Fernbank Creek was fantastic. We loved our stay! The sites were spacious with plenty of room without intruding on other campers. The ground was level and shady with an abundance of land to play on and for the dogs to have a roam. Everyone was happy!!! Thank you for sharing your home! We will be back when we are next in the area.

Loved the well maintained paddock with generous size free camping style sites so not at all feeling on top of other lucky campers. Suzanne the owner was wonderful, super responsive and great host. Well located 10 minutes to Port. Will be back again
