Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.
We have a 1400 acre cattle and goat farm offering a lovely iconic bush camping getaway with creek, river and bush camping areas, great for nature lovers and those who enjoy peace and quiet, you can also enjoy the lovely views from the high spots on property. There is access to shared swimming holes, wildlife and bush walks on the property, bring your mountain bikes to ride and explore. There is plenty to do in the surrounding area! The property backs onto the Turon National Park and you will pass the Gardens of Stone National Park at the turn off to property (popular 4WD destination). It's a short drive to the absolutely spectacular Capertee Valley lookout which is the widest and second largest canyon in the world and also very popular for bird watching. You can also take a drive down to Glen Davis Shale Oil Works ruins or spend the day with a trip to the Mudgee Vineyards for some wine sampling! What a lovely place, rolling hills and a creek that runs through the property. The cows and goats came to say hi and so did the roo’s. Our dogs lived going into the creek. Would come back again.

My boyfriend and l absolutely loved our stay at the Waterhole Camp spot, beautiful grounds and such an amazing camping spot, close to the waterhole, we will definitely be returning!!

Loved the spot we had! Completely secluded and could not hear anything from the other people around us even though we were approx 500m as the crow flies. Wish there was running water in the creek but Kellie can't control the weather! Ensure that it's rained in the weeks prior to going as running water would make such a big difference!

Beautiful area, camp sites are nicely spaced out so you still have privacy. We had a lovely spot under a willow tree next to the water.

We definitely will be back to Kellie’s land. The atmosphere and scenic views made our trip very enjoyable. On the property there was enough space where we were spaced out, and not near any other campers. The swim was enjoyable and refreshing, especially on a very hot summers day.

Beautiful landscape and great hosts. Spot was Easy to find. My kids loved the creek to play in as well as the Beautiful cows & horses coming over to say hello! Highly recommended this peaceful camp.

Enjoyed a lovely weekend at Como valley. The iverside campsites are large and well kept grass. A 4WD is required we got our off-road camper in and out on the well kept road easily. Great place for a peaceful and relaxing weekend.

This camp is set on an amazing property with plenty of space to enjoy nature. The site was well maintained and private, just a short distance from the main track. Our camp had great scenic views of the river, mountains, and wildlife, and we even ventured out to the local country pub in Capertee and Ben Bullen lookout. We really enjoyed our time here.

I have stayed at Kellie’s property multiple times, and we have always had a great experience. The property is well-maintained and located in a fantastic spot, with most sites situated next to the river. I highly recommend staying here for your next camping trip.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an absolutely fantastic camp stay and couldn’t recommend it highly enough. Kellie, the host, was incredibly accommodating and polite from the moment we arrived. She took the time to explain everything clearly and showed us around, which made us feel very welcome and comfortable straight away. The scenery was absolutely amazing – peaceful, beautiful, and exactly what you want for a proper getaway. Having our own space really made the experience special and allowed us to truly enjoy the camping adventure without feeling crowded. It was relaxing, well set up, and a perfect escape from everyday life. We’ll definitely be back and would recommend this stay to anyone looking for a genuine, memorable camping experience in a stunning location. 🌿⛺️

We've been fortunate enough to stay at Kellies a few times now (wish it was more) and every time it as been an amazing stay. Our camping spot was private (no campers in site), grassy and over looking the creek. So peaceful to get away from the city. 4WD required to get to the spot we were allocated. Kellie is an amazing host and again I say it is an absolute privilege to be able to spend time on her property.

Fantastic place to relax, take your dog for a walk, watch young roos doing zoomies and cool off in the waterhole. Loved it and will definitely keep it in mind for another camping weekend. Thanks Kellie for sharing this bit of paradise!

We had a fantastic weekend away on Kellie’s property. It’s how camping should be, relaxing next to a fire and taking in the sights and sounds of the beautiful surroundings. It truly is a stunning place. We will be back

Fantastic and level camp-site not too far from Sydney. Lovely views of the creek. Shady trees to have a cheese platter under whilst watching kangaroos and goats walk by.

Beautiful spot, absolutely loved it. 9/10 didn’t get 10/10 because the map was extremely hard to navigate, especially 1st timers. Update map and put some signs up and it will be one of the best camp spots I’ve visited

This camp is great. Not too far from Sydney. Beautiful and level camp sites by the creek. Very quiet and serene. Kellie the host was warm amd helpful.
