Our property is set in a tranquil location on the banks of the Bundidgerry Creek out of view of main road, safely behind a locked gate. The campsite is a convenient 14km from Narrandera, and 12km from Grong Grong, not far off the Newell Highway. In town you will find all the supply and grocery stores to meet your needs. Located on the banks of Bundidgerry Creek on the Old Wagga Road you will find the old Cobb & Co route, south of the Newell Highway. Camp along the same water’s edge where travellers from past centuries would stop overnight on their journey out west. The campsite is located on the edge of the creek in an open, grassed area with plenty of shady trees. The creek flows well all year round and offers a fantastic spot for the family to enjoy. Swim, fish, kayak, canoe, launch a boat or relax and read a book as the sunlight reflects off the water. At camp you will have access to the undercover camp kitchen with a sink, BBQ and tables. There is a firepit, wood fired pizza oven for cooking. Guests have access to a gas hot water shower and flushing toilet. We ask that you leave no trace and take all your belongings and rubbish with you. Your pet is welcome to camp with you. Fantastic private spot, great amenities. If you go do yourself a favour and make use of the pizza oven -great afternoon spent catching fish and cooking pizza. Host AJ was very responsive and helpful make sure to visit the Grong Grong Pub. 😊

Second time back and will always stop in when passing through. Great camp as always. CREEK nice and full. Plenty of room for our 8m van tight on edge of creek.

We had an afternoon and overnight at an easily accessible, private, single campsite on the Bundidgery Creek. The list of facilities is impressive and although a little rustic, they are comfortable and functional. We did not use the pizza oven or gas 3 burner BBQ that were part of the camp kitchen. The fire pit was large and well built, perfect for our cooking. A hot shower and flushing toilet were uncommon facilities at a river campsite with a sandy beach.

A beautiful peaceful spot for a weekend stay with our dog. Host Aj meet us at the gate, showed us to the spot. Able to have a fire and there is an unsuited if needed. Would recommend this spot to stay.

A nice fairly flat open area with central fire pit. Right on the river bank and very quiet location. Simple shower & toilet setup in clean shed. Ideal for families, solo camper or couples. Great place for a weekend escape.

Wonderful quiet and private camp-site beside the ample flowing creek. Facilities of BBQ, flush toilet and shower once you have heated water using gas supplied are all fantastic. I feel privileged to have experienced this special place. On AJ's suggestion had lovely Sat even pizza at Grong Grong hotel. I look forward to returning.

Awesome place and easy to get to - would recommend downloading the map as service drops out around 15-20 mins before you get there. Site is very clean, and literally right on the beautiful creek. Unfortunately the weather stopped me from setting up fully (really bad wind) but I had to leave early so no biggie. Will definitely be returning to take in this awesome and unique spot!

This is a peaceful tranquil campsite. Words cannot describe the Beauty of this place. . I would gladly recommend this Hipcamp to all I know. It has a flushing toilet and hot shower. I enjoyed sitting by the campfire and watching the moon rise. If you are a bird watcher, this is a great place for you.

We had a great 2 nights stay at Cudgella. AJ was great, providing clear instructions before arrival and then making sure we were settled in, providing some great tips on the site and the local area. There was heaps of room for us to spread out with our van and pets. Easy access to the river via a small beach for fishing or launching a kayak, with grass, a shelter, sink, firepit, toilet and shower. We spotted a heap of possums and a koala from the site. The clear skies made for some epic astrophotography. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

We loved this beautiful true Aussie campsite! We were delighted by the sheep nearby, some with newborn babies. The camp facilities were more than expected including a rustic camp kitchen and full bathroom. Sunrise and sunset were stunning across the lake and the stars over the campfire are beautiful. Aj is a great host and offered up interesting places to visit in the area. Highly recommend and will return if we get the chance.

I booked this site looking for a private campsite adjoining a river. AJ’s site was perfect. Located on the banks of the Bundidgerry Creek near Narranderra, it was an everything we could hope for … private, river nearby and with the added bonus of a gas bbq, toilet and shower for our personal use. I would recommend this campsite for anyone looking for a private campsite adjoining a creek. And you can have a campfire as well. Either bring your own firewood or AJ will supply it at a very reasonable price.

This was our second time at AJ’s and we had a blast…we had a great time swimming and kayaking with our dogs and the bird life is absolutely amazing! Lovely clean toilet and shower facilities are a huge plus too. We look forward to returning!! Thanks AJ!

I enjoyed the tent camping at Cudgella on Bundidgerry Creek. The instructions were clear and easy to find. The campsite is clean and functional, with plenty of birdlife and the creek making a relaxing way to end/start the day. AJ returned texts and calls promptly. A great stop on the way to Melbourne.

Serene overnight stop enroute to Sydney. Wonderful host. Loads of wildlife. Refreshing swim in a jaw dropping location. It was a bonus to learn on arrival that we had the whole space to ourselves inc toilet, shower and camp kitchen. See you next time, AJ!

The area is lovely, parking on green grass was great. Views were lovely over the Creek (which is as wide as the Murrumbidgee River). Very quiet and Peaceful. The Flushing Toilet and Hot/Cold water shower were very welcomed (clean and tidy as well). There is an area with a BBQ and Pizza oven under roof with lights. The area is fenced off so if there is sheep in the outer paddock they can not come into the area. Would recommend this place to anyone, this is our Second visit and we will go back. AJ is quick to reply and was there on our arrival. Great communication
