Crockers Creek Hideaway Farm

We had a lovely time here. The campsites are were kept and tucked into the bush so it had that nice sense of remoteness while still being close to the highway.

We arrived after a rainy day and night. Although our original campsite was too wet to camp in, Linda made sure there was a suitable site available for us. Waking up in the morning, we appreciated the lovely surrounds and the convenience for getting back on the highway.

Great Spot!

Great spot to stop for a couple of nights! Sites were all well maintained and nice and big. Although we didn’t get to chat too much, Andy and Linda seemed very easy going and prompt with communication. Good thing to know is site 4 is near a small body of water which we had to be mindful about with our 18 month old, however, Andy was very quick to allow us to switch to another site when we asked on arrival. Would definitely stay here again if we ever find ourselves in the area!

I enjoyed this lovely secure campsite which provides clear spacious sites surrounded by trees and beside a dam. Easy drive to town for everything you need. Perfect for stopover on long drive.

Great spot, perfect for a quick getaway . Private camp areas, plenty of firewood, lots of areas to go wandering and beautiful hosts, a little bit of Hwy noise, and if heading south, the google maps will turn you off the Hwy a little early, Very friendly neighbours pointed us in the right direction .

The site is great for its value and was a midway point on our journey down the coast. The hosts were really friendly as well - though we should have taken up their offer of extra mossie repellents. Unfortunately just the wrong and wet time of year and we were a feast for the little terrors. The night was saved by the lovely little town next door - Nabiac - at its free public pool (showers) and the yummy Artisan Farmer up the road.

Good spot for a night or two if needing to be around the area. We unfortunately had to leave a day early as the driveway was starting to flood thanks to a storm. The owner was kind enough to offer a refund (which we of course declined!) He also drove ahead of us so that we could safely leave. The only negative I have is that there was a lot of midges but this could have been due to the wet weather etc.

Our trip was very short and sweet due to a change in schedule. Andrew and Linda were beyond accommodating with our extra late arrival time and we got a chance to chat to them in the morning before we left. They are beautiful hosts and we can’t wait to visit again!

Absolute perfection - I honestly can’t fault the camp, Andrew was super super welcoming, we had the whole place to ourselves and had an absolutely awesome night, the dogs loved it as well super peaceful and quiet. Definetly coming back next time we’re near Forster

Andrew and Linda greeted us upon arrival and escorted us to our site along with their friendly pouches Roy and Oscar. Beautiful campsite with wonderful walking trails. Firewood ready at our site. Of all the hip camps we’ve stayed out … these hosts were outstanding. Would definitely recommend!

Had a great time at Crockers Creek Hideaway! The property was easy to get to, clean and spaced out, the dogs enjoyed swimming in the dam, and the quiet away from city life was fantastic. Highly recommend staying here!

We loved staying at Crockers Creek Hideaway. Beautiful property with awesome large clearing with only 4 well spaced sites. Andrew & Linda along with their dogs were great hosts. Lots of native bush with heaps of walks to enjoy the birds & other wildlife. The cows were friendly & even had calves. The highland cows were so cute & loved a pat. Such a peaceful place we will definitely visit again
