Our property is located 20 minutes north of Forster–Tuncurry in an area called Hallidays Point. Hallidays Point has a population of around 4,000, consisting of a mix of retirees and a fair proportion of tradespeople—everything retirees need most! We’re about a 15-minute walk to Diamond Beach and a 10-minute drive to the local shopping centre, which includes a bakery, IGA, chemist, two hairdressers, pharmacy, real estate office, library, and post office. Nearby, there is also a tavern and sports club, as well as several cafés and restaurants. If you’re into golf, there is an international-standard course just a few minutes away, complete with a great licensed restaurant. Forster–Tuncurry, about a 20-minute drive away, is the main shopping hub. With a population of around 22,000, it is a premier coastal destination renowned for pristine Wallis Lake, stunning surf beaches, and marine life encounters. Top attractions include diving with grey nurse sharks, dolphin-watching cruises, swimming in the Tuncurry Rock Pool, walking to Bennetts Head Lookout, and exploring Booti Booti National Park. Activities Water activities include boating, kayaking, and fishing on Wallis Lake; exploring the Forster Fairy Pool; scuba diving at Shark Gutters or Big Seal Rock; and whale watching from Cape Hawke Lookout. Hiking options include the 4 km Bicentennial Walk, which connects Forster Main Beach to One Mile Beach. Beaches for swimming include Diamond Beach (a terrific walking beach) and Black Head Beach, which has surf lifesaving facilities. In Forster, you’ll also find Main Beach, the Tuncurry Rock Pool, One Mile Beach, and Burgess Beach.

This is a powered site, located within gardens and towering iron bark and palm trees. Town water is available via hose. The area will accommodate a caravan up to 20ft, preferably with own toilet and shower. (Shower, toilet and laundry may be available in the main house dependent on occupancy). Activities in the area include, beaches, tavern, sports club, golf course and local cafes and restaurants. If peace and quiet is what you're after, this may be ideal for you.

Unique "A frame" tiny home, more akin to a glamour tent, but built out of local hardwood, iron and timber. This site would suit a single/couple wishing to experience off grid camping but within close proximity to village shopping centre as well as main house amenities if required. Inside is a very small kitchenette, divan that doubles a s a bed as well as a lounge, ports for phone charging with energy supplied via a small solar panel. A basic shower (with hot and cold water) is located outside with a chemical toilet. (chemicals supplied). The tiny kitchenette includes basic cutlery, pans and utensils for cooking on the weber bbq. The side of the cabin opens up to create a deck from which you can view surrounding acres, inquisitive cattle and roos of a morning and evening. A separate deck has a table and bbq and large umbrella that provides protection from sun and rain. While situated close to the main house, screening provides a measure of privacy. There is also a small fire pit with seating made from trunks of felled trees to provide a cosy experience, particularly in cooler months.

Studio style cabin in secluded area A studio sized cabin situated in a private area which includes Ensuite, Air con, Fan, TV, Kitchen appliances (toaster, kettle, etc.), BBQ, small fire pit, Private deck, Carport, double bed, lounge, bedside table and lamp. Level access Enjoy peaceful park like surroundings, the sound of birds and regular visits from the kangaroo family. If peace and quiet appeal to you, then you'll enjoy this spot.
