Just out of Rappville village, this historic site was once a place of camp for local musterers to rest their cattle and heads. We are on a journey to revive this beautiful billabong and share it with others. The Musterers Billabong is an historic site, previously used as a camp to help muster cattle and where bushmen set up camp to relax and talk about the day’s adventure. Currently, it’s a paddock aside the billabong. Gated, 4x4 access required. Campervans welcome. You need to be a self-contained camper with your own camping toilet/shower, and drinking water. Head to the local historic pub within walking or bike riding distance and learn about the area’s history. This camp ground is currently seasonal and during the wet season we will be closed. We have an onsite care taker that may say Giday. No campfires or pets please.
