Bellinger River Camping
The host were lovely people and very helpful. The outlook was amazing and the sites were well maintained. I was taken back a little when I noticed the property was right next door to a waste water treatment facility. I did not feel comfortable swimming after seeing it and it did overshadow the stay.

The owner were very helpful and welcoming. The setting for camping close to the river was beautiful. The toilets need an update, even for composttoilets.

Dom’s place was a fantastic place to camp! We loved having the river directly in front of us to get in and out of all day for a swim, and our dog loved it, highly recommend

Amazing spot. Perfect swimming spot with the rope to swing from & fishing for the kids. Lovely green grass and well kept property with fire pits available.

Lovely quiet place to camp with plenty of lush green grass. River was great for swimming and kayaking in, some site's not close to river access though. Was a great experience and nice to have a massive site with no other campers close by but I do feel it is quite overpriced.

While the place was really beautiful and we enjoyed a gorgeous view of the river and did enjoy our stay, I found that the price was exorbitant as there are no real facilities. The singular dunny just had a mesh door and was extremely basic, very far away from our particular camp site and there was absolutely no shade around the camp sites. We were the only ones there for a couple of days which was super special but with the 15 people due to arrive the day our departure I would be dubious about staying again and felt very lucky with our timing. I was also charged $96 dollars to adjust our booking by 1 day and didn't realise this until I got a payment receipt! No confirmation of the price was requested!

Lovely spot. Unfortunately it was a wet weekend, the kind where it didn't stop! Pulled the pin early and the hosts offered to let us come back at another time to finish the time for free. Already planning another trip to the area and hoping for some dry weather!

expansive flat grass camping areas by the river. Some don't have easy river access due to the steep bank however the eastern sites do.
Easy access to Belligne via car or by canoing across the river and walking. Peaceful spot for family campers

I really loved this river side camp spot. The river was beautiful and clean with a bonus rope swing and kayaks. You feel like you are in the wilderness but still have Belligen only a short drive away - or a quick paddle across the river and walk. The only negative was the drop toilet so recommend you byo.

Lovely view however if raining it would be extremely difficult to drag caravan up the hill to exit we left early so as not to get caught. Hosts are lovely.

Would have been nice to have been advised how sodden the camping site was on booking, then being fleeced $97 and being told off by a rude shouting woman for going to the wrong camping spot.

We had the BEST few days. Had a great spot with river access nearby which definitely made a huge difference as I have a 16 month old. The fire pits were epic, despite it getting super busy (was packed over Easter weekend) we were still 40m away on either side from our neighbours. Perfect spot for

We had a fabulous stay at this beautiful spot. We would definitely visit again! Highlights were the cows and swims in the Bellinger.

Such a beautiful place and the river was delightful. Hosts were lovely as well. From the comments we knew to bring toilet paper for the drop toilet (there was none) is all I would recommend making sure people are aware of this. Thanks for a great stay!

This was such a wondrously fantastic place! The hosts were such gorgeously kind people and my friend and I felt so safe here! It’s so close to town and the river is so lovely, they even had kayaks you could use which was exciting!

Unfortunately we missed staying at Dom's because the weather caught us out. We are looking forward to staying at the farm when we can. He has been very communicative and thoughtful.
