Escape to the serene beauty of our property in Berridale, where 62.5 acres of natural wonder await your exploration. Nestled amidst picturesque landscapes, our site offers four spacious areas perfect for caravans, campers, or traditional camping setups. Immerse yourself in the tranquil ambiance of the Australian countryside, where kangaroos, wombats, and friendly farm animals roam freely. Spend your days revelling in the breathtaking views from our scenic vantage points, or unwind in the evenings by our firepit, sharing stories and stargazing under the vast expanse of the night sky. Adventure beckons just beyond our doorstep, with opportunities for skiing, mountain biking, kayaking, and indulging in the finest local wines and spirits. Located just an 8-minute drive from Berridale, 15 minutes to Dalgety, 25 minutes to Jindabyne, and 50 minutes to the snow resorts, our property provides easy access to the region's attractions. We've mowed four loop tracks for easy access to each site, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests. Each site is private, offering a tranquil retreat for relaxation and connection with nature. If you are traveling in a group of up to 4 vans, you can easily be accommodated within a site (except Windy Roo Ridge, which can accommodate up to 2 vans only). Just before your arrival, you will receive a digital guidebook that outlines everything you need for your trip, including directions, our local dining recommendations, activities in the region, and so much more. Please note, guests must be self-sufficient as our only amenity is the firepit. Whether you seek adrenaline-fueled thrills or peaceful moments of reflection, our property promises an idyllic Australian getaway for all who seek it. Larger than Windy Roo Ridge, it offers expansive views and an opportunity to bask in the serenity of the natural landscape. The site is easily accessible via 2WD, and its generous size allows vehicles to manoeuvre without hassle. Gather around the firepit, and if you need firewood, it's available for $18 per barrow (including kindling and firestarter), or you're welcome to bring your own. To preserve the farm's natural beauty, please refrain from collecting firewood on-site. Your furry friends are welcome, but they must be kept on a leash due to the proximity of working farms and grazing livestock. Be sure to clean up any mess left in the mowed areas. Please note that campers need to be self-contained with their own toilet and shower facilities. See Forever is spacious and can cater to groups traveling together while providing convenient 2WD access and ample room for vehicles to manoeuvre. Gather around the firepit to enjoy the peaceful surroundings, and if you need firewood, it's available for $18 per barrow (including kindling and firestarter), or you're welcome to bring your own. To preserve the farm's natural beauty, please refrain from collecting firewood on-site. Pets are welcome at See Forever, but with nearby grazing livestock and working farms, please keep them on a leash and clean up after them in the mowed areas. Windy Roo Ridge @ Belaxed Farm Perched atop a hill, Windy Roo Ridge is one of four unique sites on Belaxed Farm. This tranquil spot is a favourite gathering place for kangaroos who come to bask in the sweeping views of the surrounding landscape. With ample space, vehicles can easily turn around without needing to back up. The site is accessible by 2WD and requires minimal levelling at the top. Guests can enjoy the cosy firepit with firewood available for $18 per barrow, including kindling and firestarter, or bring their own. To help preserve the natural beauty of the farm, we kindly ask guests not to collect firewood on-site. We welcome pets at Windy Roo Ridge! Since we're in a rural environment with grazing sheep nearby, please keep them on a leash when outside. Also, remember to clean up any mess from the mowed section of the site. You need to be a self-contained camper with your own camping toilet and shower. Absolutely superb views that go forever. This was a super relaxing spot and we loved the peace and quiet. We’ll certainly be back.

The sites are in a great spot with a beautiful view and a very peaceful setting. Coming from a city, the silence at times was something I could really get used to. Sunrise and sunset were a special treat. Joelle is very committed to ensuring that her guests have everything they need and are enjoying their stay. Located a short drive from the lovely little village of Berridale. Would love to come back one day.

Beautiful location! Amazing view! Greeted by a friendly horse and 4 alpacas. A few sheep wondering by too. Lovely camp sight, open but protected by the high ground. Stayed 2 nights with a camper trailer. Great host, beautiful place!

I stayed at site 1 for nine days. This is a very peaceful and beautiful place and is well placed to explore the local area and Jindabyne. The site itself is well presented with a fire place and granite boulders border about around half of the site. Remember to bring your own firewood, the owners are rightly concerned with keeping the property as natural as possible. The morning and afternoon views are stunning and really make you feel like having your favourite drink while you watch the kangaroos, horses and sheep get about their business. I had some issues one night with a lot of rain and wind, my camper had more water inside than out and my canopy had suffured badly. The hosts, Joelle and Tim, went above and beyond, offering no end of help to remedy my situation. Their help was very kind and very appreciated. I absolutely recommend this hipcamp, I hope to come back again next year.

Windy Roo Ridge @ Belaxed Farm
It was easy to find and plenty of space to manoeuvre our caravans. It was very wet at the time and the roads were easily accessible without issue. Joelle checked in on us and was a very pleasant and friendly host. Excellent views and very tranquil, a few alpacas and a hire were friendly and a nice surprise.

Joelle was lovely and very thorough with directions. The property is MASSIVE and our sites were super private and scenic. Even had a few furry friends visit each morning and night. Would absolutely suggest camping here to anyone who loves camping off grid. Thanks again Joelle

Joelle was very helpful and accommodating. She met me at the front gate and showed me to the camping spot, and gave me info about the area and where I could go hiking. Windy-Roo ridge is not far from the road and easy access.

Perfect spot outside of Jindabyne to explore the surrounding areas. We chose this as it was cheap and allowed pets. With a kennel down the road it was perfect for us to leave our dog for the day and explore Mt Kosciuszko National Park. Quiet farm , beautiful scenery with horse, llamas and kangaroos making an appearance . Would recommend.

Stayed for 2 nights and it was great! Pretty basic but gorgeous sunrise views from the hill. Nobody in sight except 4 roaming alpacas :) Great for a budget stay when lurking around Snowy Mountains area.
