The farm is easy to find with clear instructions. Stuart is very friendly and helpful. Sushi is adorable and accompanied us everyday. The location is really good, so close to Hanging Rock Falls. The campsite has the privacy itself, so there should be no disturbances from other groups in the peak season despite that we are only guests there at that time.

Its very relaxing place, easy to get to the location. Very quiet ambiance, down side is when summer time and less rain, less water running in the creek..

Camping was a dream here, my 3 travel companions and I stayed for 3 nights over the Aussie Day weekend, weather wasn’t kind at first but turned it on for the rest of the weekend, Loved the set up toilets and showers were clean, did not smell, and fairly well situated. Camp location was good as well especially for us as we were new to the area so exploring what is around was a real pleasure.
Hanging Rock swimming hole is a real popular spot and very close by (15min or so) that was a nice swim, Nimbin markets (4th Sunday of the month) that was interesting, Wardeville Wollies grocery store was pretty special spot they had a live band that day of local talent. Boarder Rangers isn’t far away either,
The camp itself is well maintained with different spots to choose from grassy open spots, some little more private out of the weather, creek camp spots, 4wd only spot down the back.
Pet friendly my dog loved it there, we had a pretty exposed flat-ish spot (to the wind) but it was soo nice in the evenings, camp fire in provided fire pits, watching the wild life after a dip in the pool, sun going down and then the stars come out, its hard to beat that kind of camping trip.
Very much enjoyed our stay here would absolutely recommend.

Beautiful place. Nice sites situated in spots far apart enough where it felt very private. Absolute bargain for the price! Close to some great swimming holes too. Stuart was friendly and easy to communicate with. Would definitely come back.

Great site options at Stuart's property! We found a shady spot amongst the trees. The outhouse is clean and has a great view.
Stuart also kindly lent us a gas bottle as mine had run out. Overall a wonderful stay despite the rainy weather.

Great privacy with well-spaced sites. Nic quiet property. Lots to explore and Stuart very friendly. A few things would greatly improve the sites:
- Somewhere to wash your hands outside the composting toilet. A small water tank and tap would be great. There's a tap by the toilet next to the house, but that's not the toilet that the vast majority of people would use.
- Most of these camping sites could greatly benefit from a big dump of dirt to be pushed around, as flat areas are very hard to come by. There's a lot of dips and many many part-submerged boulders, making camping in a tent impossible at some sites. Best suited for pop-up campers or people sleeping in vans etc.
We had a fun weekend, so the above aren't complaints - just suggestions that would make it a better experience and open up many more options to people camping in tents. :-)

Stayed 4 days , Very secluded and isolated from main road, no traffic noise, which was even better, the man made damn swim home was good size and kids played in most days, lots of space away from other campers, love sushi the dog, very playful and friend with us and our dog, lots of breeze and a great spot to camp. Owner is very laid back and chilled. Would recommend of this is your style of camp. Other campers kept to self but friendly when passing by. Really enjoyed the property and the privacy.

We had a wonderful time at Stuart’s place. Very peaceful. We had 3 nights. Spent one day in nimbin the other in Mullumbimby. There was the hanging rocks 10 min away too. Great location to explore the area. I had the misses and 2 kids with me. They loved it too. Would recommend 👌

Has the potential to be a great spot on a lovely farm but needs some TLC. Had two of our kids staying and they found half smoked cigarettes and beer cans inside. Stuart was great and the farm is in a beautiful spot but this cabin could do with some love and attention. On the positive side the hot shower was great!

We loved Stuart's place for a peaceful getaway from the hustle & bustle. Is positioned perfectly for nearby walking trails & visits to quaint local villages. The Forest Gypsy tiny home is nestled amongst a beautiful canopy, is very private and has the basic essentials to get you through the day. A fire pit, sauna and nature pool were on offer but we didn't take advantage of these. Stuart was very kind to let us pick fruit from his orchard - the scent of the orange blossoms was divine. Sushi the dog happily greeted us each day, with plenty of cuddles & kisses. Taking in the clean country air, gazing at the night time sky and mingling with the resident fireflies was an absolute pleasure. Stuart was very personable & ensured our stay was most enjoyable :-). We will definitely be back.

We were unlucky to arrive when it was raining so we couldn’t get a real feel for the property.
As it rained all night we decided to leave early and not have our 2nd night there as we couldn’t light the fire and the leeches were biting us and our dog so we thought it best to revisit Stuart’s property another time when we can make full use of it all. We will be back 👍

I loved staying here. So close to some little towns to go exploring. Stuart was lovely and gave us some history about his property. The camp spots are a good distance from other sites that you feel like you have the place to yourself. We will definitely be back.

A fantastic place to slow down and relax - just far enough from the rest of the world for some peace and quiet, while close enough to have anything you could possibly need within reach.
We were relieved to hear that the tiny home was accessible with a sedan, and charmed by how cozy the cabin was - the addition of the sauna and pool tying it all together for a stay to come back for.
Of course, none of this would have been possible without Stu, who was a wonderful host and warm, friendly person.

We had an awesome stay for Easter.
Stuart was a great and friendly host. We weren't set up too close to other campers. there was a nice bit of space to run around in.
Sushi was a lovely addition to the family stay (Miss Sushi is Stuarts dog).
Being the period of time we were at, it was very dewy over night, so don't leave stuff out, or it will get wet lol.
Be mindful of ticks. We had both adult males find one on each of them.
Will definitely love to go back at some point in the future.
We were a set up of a camper van and tent and had plenty of room, views were gorgeous and seeing black cockatoos was a bonus.

We have a lovely stay and would do so again. Stuart's hospitality and care free outlook made us feel very comfortable even when our naughty dogs broke out of the chicken coop, (again sorry for our escapees) it didn't seem like it was too much of an issue. Thanks Stuart for sharing your beautiful property with us.

What a special property Amorata is, the whole place is so peaceful with wonderful energy. The drive out is stunning with views of Mt Wollumbin and the Pinnacle. Hanging Rock waterfall is so close but the property itself has lots of gorgeous little spots to dip in the crystal clear creek. The natural pool is gorgeous and the sauna amazing. We will be back for sure

Stuart was really welcoming, warm & had a dog named Sushi that came and hung out with us! Camp sites are very spread out, the natural pool is super close to all of the camping sites & near the water and toilets. Definitely recommend!

Nice and quiet location. At least until the bush doof kicked off across the valley until all hours LOL. And during the day someone was running heavy machinery nearby. I guess we lucked out.
