Our cattle property is located on the beautiful Clarence River on the edge of Copmanhurst, offering a quiet and private spot to switch off and relax. Enjoy fishing, kayaking, or simply soaking up the wonderful views! • Grassed camping areas • Private boat ramp directly below the camping spots • 100% fresh water • Fire pit (please speak to the host to confirm when fires are permitted) • Firewood available for purchase on the property for $10 per bag • Ice available for purchase at the local pub • Dogs permitted (must be supervised at all times) • Suitable for 4WD vehicles • Kayaks available upon request (free of charge) • Guests must be fully self-contained and have their own toilet facilities Just a short 5-minute drive to Copmanhurst, you can enjoy a great meal at the local pub, "The Rest Point Hotel," visit Grafton (31 km away), or explore the nearby coastal towns of Yamba and Iluka. A bit of housekeeping: • Please take all rubbish with you when you leave. • This is a working cattle property, so if you are bringing a dog, it must be supervised at all times.

These 4 sites are located on a flat maintained grassed area with an incredible view of the water. They can be accessed very easily and are very spacious. These sites share a large fire pit. Any campers not wanting to share the fire pit amongst the 3 other sites are welcome to have their own private fire beneath the camping area along the water off the maintained grass. Guests need to be fully self contained with their own toilet facilities. The private boat ramp is very close to these sites and is very easy to access.

Waters Edge Campsite

This wonderful, flat grassed site is directly on the riverbank (below the main camping area, "Riverview" site). This site is suited to swags, a tent or a roof top tent set up as the path down to the area is too narrow for a caravan to fit Fires are permitted anywhere on this site within your own fire pit. Located close to boat ramp (please be mindful this ramp is shared with the 4 other sites). Guests need to be fully self contained with their own toilet facilities.

Beautiful campsite right on the banks of the Clarence River. Access was easy even for our 1980s caravan, the onsite fire pit made the night very cosy. We look forward to coming back next time with our boat to utilise the boat ramp. Definitely a great camp to add to the bucket list.

Great spot for some time away. Having access to a kayak helped us catch some fish and explore the river. Cameron was easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back. Waking up to a thick mist on the river was the icing on the cake.

Awesome camp site right on the river. Sites are flat and close to the river but also elevated. Great for fishing and swimming. Hosts were really welcoming and friendly. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

The most difficult part of our stay was leaving, the property is spectacular. Cam was fantastic to deal with and it was lovely that Jim & Sandra took time to pop down and say hello as week. The view and solitude is fantastic. We will return very soon I hope.

First hipcamp review! Had a really enjoyable time next to the Clarence River. Fantastic sunset and afternoon viewing the river and surrounds. 3 mins to the pub for a feed on on Thursday/fri/sat. Sunday they do live music. Cam had some wood delivered for the fire which was awesome. Access it though a paddock when we arrived no dramas bit slippy with the rain. Got looked after with use of the kayak for a bit of a paddle. Enjoyed the place to ourselves around the fire looking at the stars at night.
