Big Valley Campsite is nestled amongst the hills of our family owned working sheep farm, ten minutes south east of Margaret River.Camp fires are prohibited in the Margaret River region between December and April, please follow any restrictions when on the property.Your pets are welcome to join you but please notify the hosts at the time of your booking if they are travelling with you.The farm encompasses a beautiful secret valley hidden from the outside world by natural forest. As a permaculture farm recycling is a huge part of our culture so please read our detailed guidelines to waste management for campers. The farm features extensive food gardens, a Pop Up Farm Cafe , a beautiful Yoga Barn, and farm and forest walks. Our campground is close to town, bush walks and cycle trails. Enjoy eco-friendly amenities and a great vibe, in a beautiful part of the world. Visit the animals and discover our veggie garden. Perron Estate is a working farm where you will see cattle grazing and you can meet our 3 Highland cow’s they are adorable and you can come feed them $10.00 per person add to your booking checkout. There is a large fresh water dam to cool off in or paddle on bring your canoe’s and in the evenings you can enjoy the night and gaze up at the star filled sky. We are close to the amazing Brunswick historic pub, which is a must visit as the food is amazing best pub grub around. We are within easy reach of the Wellington National Park where you will find a number of excellent hiking and riding trails. It is also home of the Wellington Dam which has a 8,000-square-metre mural spread across the dam wall, it is well worth a visit. We are 15 minutes from Bunbury which has plenty of great cafes and beautiful beaches. Just 5 minutes from our local shops Campers must bring their own camping toilet and take all waste and rubbish with them on departure. Pets on a leash are very welcome. As a permaculture farm recycling is a huge part of our culture so please read our detailed guidelines to waste management for campers. The farm features extensive food gardens, a Pop Up Farm Cafe , a beautiful Yoga Barn, and farm and forest walks. Our campground is close to town, bush walks and cycle trails. Events can be catered for, however notice and agreement is required first. Excessive noise and disruption will not be tolerated otherwise. Neighbours must be respected. Unless booking a Site with Toilet / Ablution Access - ALL visitors must be completely self-contained (BYO toilets and leave with waste, etc). There are no dump points on site, however there are some nearby in Vasse and Busselton - which are both 5-7 minute drives. Please be prepared to "LEAVE NO TRACE".
