Just five kilometers outside of Margaret River, we welcome campers to come and experience the magic of Fair Harvest. The gardens and farm of Fair Harvest were established in 1995 and have matured into an extensive Permaculture demonstration system. In 2022, we were proudly awarded the nationally-recognised Eco Certification for Ecotourism. Our camper amenities include 2 showers ( on 2min timer as we have limited rainwater), 2composting toilets, and an outdoor kitchen built from timber harvested onsite. We are dedicated to creating a more sustainable lifestyle and sharing our beautiful farm with others. As a permaculture farm recycling is a huge part of our culture so please read our detailed guidelines to waste management for campers. The farm features extensive food gardens, a Pop Up Farm Cafe , a beautiful Yoga Barn, and farm and forest walks. Our campground is close to town, bush walks and cycle trails. Enjoy eco-friendly amenities and a great vibe, in a beautiful part of the world. Visit the animals and discover our veggie garden. Due to farm commitments, events, courses and retreats, the campground is open to the public only certain times of the year. Open everyday during holidays and long weekend. Open Wednesday to Sunday outside holidays Closed from mid june till mid September We have limited space for caravans and RVs. Please message us first to make sure we still have space. Please note that shady site are limited. We highly recommend campers to read the rules before arrival, thank you in advance! Fair Harvest Retreat Rules 1 - CHECK IN is between 2 and 6 pm, for late arrivals let us know your ETA. CHECK OUT by 10 am 2 - ON ARRIVAL, stop at the self check-in area. Register your details. Find your name and camp site number on the whiteboard. Grab a map and set up your camp. 3 - KIDS should always be accompanied beyond the immediate campground. 4 - Enjoy a SHORT WALK around the gardens. We kindly ask you to keep the gates closed and not to pick the food. FARM WALK, follow the walk trail sign around our forest about 30/40 min.. 5 - DOGS should be on a lead at all time, we do have 1 designated paddock (not fenced) where you can have your dog off leads, please ask us. Our 3 farm dogs are free to walk around the farm and are really friendly. Zeli - the oldest black and white border collie, would love a pat, she is deaf ! Jimmy - Black X Kelpie love to get the stick, very gentle. Max - Tan x kelpie , rescue puppy love to chase Jimmy. Please make sure your bins and food are out of reach. 6 - FIRE - you are welcome to light the communal fire (firewood provided)   this is the only fire allowed on site. Please check current fire Ban info with us. usually from December till March WATER - the campground run with rain water only, we are limited please used it wisely. 7 - WASTE & RECYCLING - SO IMPORTANT! We are doing our best to provide a great recycling model. PLEASE help us …. All food even meat should be given to the chickens (bin in the kitchen) There is a 10C refund bin (this goes to charity) A recycling bin at the front gate. A general waste bin at the front gate. We do not accept mixed rubbish in our bin, so if you don't separate take them away with you. We will be more than happy to explain and help you with your waste. 8 - QUIET time from 10pm - please be mindful of others campers - no parties or late music. No generators. 9 - VISITORS between 9 - 4 and please ask them to park in the general carpark 10 - We are a SMOKE FREE farm.

Bush blocks located in the central of all the south west goodies, 20 minutes from any great spot. Good to plan your days instead of going one way and coming back, relax in the bush and spot native wildlife. Sometimes we get Roos cruising through our bush as the neighbourhood like to feed them. The property is the first right just off the Bussellton Highway, the sound of the highway isn’t as bad as expected, the highway goes through a man made valley/gully and we are on a hill. There are no facilities here, campers need to be self sufficient. Strictly no fires. Fire ban is in affect. Please take all rubbish even if there is an accident, respect other people’s privacy try create space for others to come and enjoy the same way you have.

****SUMMER - NO FIRES OR OPEN FLAMES WHATSOEVER!!!! I have a relatively attractive, quiet property with shady, mowed, relatively level paddock and easy access. The Property is located 5 minutes from Geographe Bay (1.5km as the crow flies) and 8 min drive to Busselton CBD and our infamous jetty. Busselton hosts a wonderful array of cafe's, bars and restaurants. Close by are magic beaches, caves and numerous wineries and breweries. Well behaved, non barking dogs permitted. Plse keep restrained unless in the exercise paddock, as a courtesy to other guests. There is a great pooch friendly fenced paddock where they can have a run, chase a ball without fear of running off. Also a smaller run. Plse pick up poo! NO CHECKINS AFTER 6.30PM unless previously arranged at time of booking plse. Guests MUST be fully self contained with their own toilet and shower facilities and must take all waste with them on departure. No dumping of waste (grey water is fine) on property. NO EXCEPTIONS, sorry. Please top up your WATER PRIOR TO ARRIVING....thank you. NO FIRES OR OPEN FLAMES WHATSOEVER during our summer shire fire restrictions season. Our neighbours value their homes. I welcome you to share my property and ask only that you treat it with respect and be considerate of others. No guests of guests allowed to visit. Apologies...no children due to having a dam. Wishing you safe and happy travels.. Sorry but NO GENERATORS please to reserve peace and quiet for other campers and any surrounding properties. There is no set check in or out time unless there is a site crossover day. I try to keep it as relaxing as possible but plse adhere to before 6.30 or advise time as it is disturbing not just for me but other campers. TIA. Entry is via the SECOND driveway on the right if coming from Busselton side, with green colourbond fence. After coming through gates swing hard left directly into the camping paddock. It is very easy access. Camp sites are designated with vertical tape on the fence and a number. Please park between vertical tapes on site number assigned. Please back into your site and park car across front of van in front, there is plenty of space (not on the side), to give you all plenty of room between vans. If it is holiday season I will allocate a camp site number, so plse ask if not sure. Off season pretty much camp where you like. Happy camping everyone, in my modest but convenient spot.

It has four different groves of differing ages and plenty of areas that will allow you to have some privacy. We are more than happy to accommodate small groups of vans in areas together if sites are available. Please note, however, we do not accept bookings with children, due to the soak and machinery. Unless prior arrangement swags/tents are unfortunately not permitted. Message Rebecca if you wish to discuss a tent/swag site if available, however must still have a chemical toilet and toilet tent. Sanjari is located just 15 minutes from Busselton. Margaret River, Dunsborough, Yallingup, Nannup and Bunbury all under a 45 minute drive. Even Augusta is within an hour for an easy day trip. We wish to offer guests the opportunity to stroll around the groves (dependent on harvest) and the garden. Ruby, Rupert and Primrose the miniature ponies love a pat and treats of carrots, apples etc. Bolt is our friendly staffy that also loves a pat and strolls the property with us. The blue wrens and birds love the area. You must be fully self contained with a chemical toilet. However, grey water may be emptied onto the ground. Please note it is critical to our license that you do not go to the toilet in the grove area's and use your chemical toilet. There is a public dump point and water refill station in Adelaide Street in Busselton and also one in Capel. Raised small contained fire pits are allowed during the permitted season as per the local shire. We have several with cooking grill available for hire and wood for sale if you wish to pre-book one. No fires to be directly on the lawn. Strictly no fires of any type during fire season. Whilst the area's are mowed regularly normal bush hazards such as snakes and vermin do exist so be mindful and ensure you keep food scraps and rubbish contained. We do not have a dump point you must take rubbish with you. Troy is also a Personal Trainer with a fully equipped gym on-site if you wish to book a session with him. We are 15 minutes from Bunbury which has plenty of great cafes and beautiful beaches.
