Weekend Trip to Booyiup Eco Retreat Torbay
We absolutely loved this magic place, surrounded by nature and lulled in the evening by the sound of frogs.
Karen and Simon are lovely and they design the train carriage with all you need and some seasonal produce from they orchard.
We will definitely come back!

We had an amazing weekend at this campsite. The facilities were clean and well maintained, which made the stay really comfortable. There was plenty of entertainment throughout the weekend, including live music and a sausage sizzle, which created a great atmosphere for everyone. Watching the cricket on the projector in the boat shed was a brilliant touch. The views were absolutely fantastic and really topped off the experience. Overall, a great spot with a welcoming vibe we would highly recommend it and will definitely be back.

Lovely campsite with beautiful views over the lake. I will advise that the ground was very hard and it was difficult to drive tent pegs into the ground, even with a mallet. It was also very windy because it's essentially a large open plane with nothing to break the wind, which made for a couple interesting nights with the tent feeling like it was going to be ripped up! But other than that, it was a great time and the place had a lovely atmosphere. Friendly staff. Options to buy fresh bread and coffee. Good amenities (showers were always available when I needed them). Thanks for a great experience.

Green site at river mouth with lots of people fishing. We stopped only for a night and chatted to various friendly residents with dogs. We also saw roos nibbling the grass at night. Theres a coffee bar serving people and clean facilities worth a visit.

4 nights at Booyiup Eco Retreat Torbay
My partner and I loved this off-grid getaway. It was super comfortable and such a memorable experience. It had everything we needed, including a BBQ, sink, and compost toilets. Falling asleep to the frogs at night was lovely, and it was great seeing the critters sunbathing during the day. The location was perfect too, right between Albany and Denmark. We’ll definitely be back!

One of the nicest laid out campsites I’ve been to so far. Good laundry and kitchen facilites. Nice toilets and showers. Loads of kangaroos in the evening! Kayak hire and immediate lake access too. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate to come back.

Walpole Rest Point is the perfect spot if you’re looking for a peaceful and friendly place to stay. Surrounded by nature and water, it’s absolutely beautiful. The staff were lovely and the atmosphere was incredibly welcoming. I would definitely recommend staying there.
