Hedley Gardens and Bush Camp is my oasis situated on four acres just minutes from the beach and the bush, and an easy 20min drive to either Foster or Yarram.
Food-producing landscaped gardens with four separate self-contained living areas. Guests are welcome to pick their own salad and herbs and picnic in the gardens!
Only seven minutes drive to a quiet beach, boating, fishing and the long jetty. The property is conveniently located within close proximity to Welshpool, Agnes falls, National parks, numerous rivers and a State Forests.
There are 4 camp sites available for tents, Vans and RV's, with a toilet and laundry. A lounge room shed and kids games cottage. Power and camp kitchen facilities also available.
Plenty of room to play cricket or have a get-together. Whole or part of the property including main residence can be rented to groups and functions are also welcome.

While The Love Shack is a private cabin, perfect for intimate getaways for couples we also offer larger group bookings for extended family / and or friend groups with the need for a normal bedroom/bathroom option. The camping area around the cabin is suitable for tents/vans and can easiliy accommodate larger groups.
There are three under cover areas for group camping use :- an outdoor kitchen
area with sink, bench space and a full size fridge/freezer, an enclosed pen with an extra BBQ, There is a large covered area with a 100" pull down projector screen (bring your own projector for movie nights and fun). A full set of lawn games is also available.
The Shack is a two night minimum stay and sleeps two. Extra guests are welcome in a tents/vans outside at an extra cost per person. The Shack has one bedroom with linen available as an extra, a small open plan kitchen with fridge, kettle and mini cooker. The living room features a little combustion woodfire heater.
Camping enthusiasts can enjoy a level, grassy site with spectacular views across the Tarra River to the forest, or behind you across the paddocks.
We are only 3 kms away from the Tarra Bulga National Park and 10 kms from the historic town of Yarram if you need any supplies. Woodside Beach,
Welshpool and Port Albert are within easy reach too.

Tiny Castle is a custom built tiny house that overlooks farmland, bushland and the glorious Stzelecki Ranges including Mount Worth. With a large covered deck connected to the front of the tiny house, you don't have to go anywhere to witness Wedge-tailed Eagles, Black Cockatoos, King Parrots, Rosellas and Kookaburra to name a few. Or wombats scurrying into their warren in the embankment just below the tiny house. Or the wallabies that hang out in the front paddock. If you're a fit walker, you can hike up to the back of the property that borders an old pine plantation now full of regrowth where herds of deer call it home. At the right time of day, you're likely to see all kinds of water fowl in the damns around the property. And if you're lucky, our 3 alpaca will let you photograph them as they stare you down, but no cuddles for these guys -- they're there to keep the foxes away. Night time is magical. With no light pollution, it's a stargazers paradise and on a still evening you'll hear boobooks, possums and frogs. The popular tourist village of Yarragon is 16km down a winding unsealed road one way, while the larger town of Mirboo North is about the same distance going the other way. Mount Worth State Park is 13km from our property and Lyrebird Forest Walk Regional Park is 26km just outside Mirboo North. While there's a lot to do around these parts, my guess is you won't want to leave the property.

The caravans are hidden within a 216-acre parcel of land completely covered in mature beautiful trees. The caravans are close to each other, so if there are other families or couples using the space you will be quite close. For an additional fee, you can hire the entire 216 acres for complete privacy and seclusion.
All vans have use of a communal campfire and outdoor kitchen. His and her bathrooms are currently being built so a port-a-potty is set up available for use. There are 5 vans on site with a maximum of 3 adults per van.
Whilst it may feel remote and hidden, you are only a 10 minute drive to the town of Yarram. If you do need some essentials or another bottle of wine, shops are only a short drive away.
If you're after a change of scenery, Tarra Bulga National Park is only 20 minutes by car. Known for their Mountain Ash trees, beautiful fern gullies and ancient myrtle beeches, it has some of the best examples of original cool temperate rainforests of the Strzelecki Ranges.
If you've always wanted to swim in a waterfall then Minnehaha Falls at Hiawatha is for you. Only 15 minutes by car, the rocky waterfall with it's very own swimming hole will surprise and delight. There is a constant flow of water gushing down the near vertical rock face, into the pool below.

The state forest has many walking tracks that go on for miles, perfect if you want to go horse riding, motor bike riding or mountain biking or put on a pair of comfy walking shoes to hit the many walking tracks to take in the beautiful bush setting with the occasional wallaby or kangaroo darting out of the bush across your path.
We have the Great Southern Rail Trail just on our door step. It has now been completed from Nyora all the way through to Yarram. We have on of the entrances off Lanes Road.
Close to all local attractions - Port Albert, Port Welshpool long jetty, Woodside's beautiful 90 mile beach, Tarra Bulga National Parks, spectacular Agnes Falls and Wilson's Prom.
Our camp sites have plenty of room we don't believe in cramming too many campers on the same site, you have plenty of space.
Suitable for large caravans, camper trailers, motor homes and RV's these can all can fit here easily.
Sites 1 - 2 situated in a 4 acre paddock on the main farm. Perfect for small camper vans, roof top tents and motor homes.
Site 3-5 situated on part of a 7 acre paddock with views of the hills and of the kangaroos that come onto the paddocks of a night out of the Alberton West State Forest. This site is perfect for larger vans, RV's, camper vans, roof top tents, motor homes.
Campfires are permitted (When there are no fire bans). No loud music, bring a camping toilet with you and take all rubbish with you.
You'll need to have your own amenities/be FULLY- self contained however if you don't have your own toilet, camp shower or fire pit you can hire them.
We have an abundance of native birds on our property. Rosella's, Kookaburras, Wedge Tail Eagles and sometimes Galah's. Just down the paddock on dawn and dusk we have a mob of kangaroos that come out of the bush to graze.

It’s a great set up for dogs and kids. So much space and fresh air! We had a lovely 3 nights with 3 generations and 2 dogs. The love shack and add-on facilities are very rustic, but that is what we were expecting as accurrsye. is reflected by the price. Kate made some great suggestions for activities.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay.
The tiny home is set on stunning landscape, surrounded by beautiful scenery. The views are incredible, and the sunsets were a real highlight.
The host was extremely friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The tiny home itself is very well equipped, with everything you need.
One of the highlights of the property is the walk through the property. It’s absolutely amazing, and I highly encourage everyone to take the time to explore it.
We couldn’t recommend this place highly enough and would happily return.

My partner and I had a wonderful time at the Love Shack, one of those places that makes you want to extend your stay and come again. The scenery was beautiful and the amenities were plenty! We camped on the grass with a tent and it rained our last night but the ground stayed solid and not muddy, helpful for when we were packing up. Will definitely return again hopefully with friends this time!

Susan's property is simply magical. If your chasing a country escape, seeing lots of wildlife, the property's Alpaca or just taking some time out in nature, this is your calling. Susan was helpful with messaging things we may need, but we were left to our own space which was nice. 2 double beds up top, some board games, DVDs, a deck and a fire pit outside were great as well as the view and hilly farm walk. A nice little weekend away location not too far from Melbourne.

The Love Shack was absolutely exquisite in every way shape and form. Charming, cosy, warm, and delightfully secluded. It was everything we had hoped for and more. The space had an enchanting atmosphere that made it feel both magical and intimate. Kate’s thoughtful touches were evident throughout and genuinely appreciated, adding a layer of care that made the experience feel even more special.
Although we had planned to explore the nearby national park, we found ourselves not wanting to leave the environment at all and just simply soaking up the beautiful energy of the space. It truly was the perfect weekend escape.

Such a beautiful spot! My friend and I had the perfect weekend away, she was very comfortable in the “love shack” and I stayed in my RV out the front. sitting by the fire inside was magical and toasty warm. I happened to meet the lovely hosts as they were heading out and they went out of their way to help me out with an issue I had. I can’t wait to stay again maybe with a big group!

First of all, I’d like to say that Susan was one of the best hosts I’ve ever had. She responded to all my enquiries even before booking the place and she was ready to help with everything to make our stay an amazing one! Second, this Tiny Castle is probably one of the only places of the size that could accommodate 4 pax and would allow 2 dogs (everything I’ve looked before had a limit of 1).
Now, about the place… the moment we arrived, we knew entire place had been created with so much care. Tiny Castle at Tynecastle Park Farm was awesome!!! The view was serene, the surroundings so peaceful and the place super well set up. You can really tell the hosts put a lot of thought into everything. We had all the basics covered, plus a bunch of little extras we didn’t even think about needing but were so glad to have. Our dogs had the best time running around and just chilling out with us. It was exactly the kind of escape we were hoping for. Would definitely come back!
