There is also room for larger groups if people are wanting to setup camp, there's a camp area with crushed rock ground and a firepit with a beautiful view of the forest. We can also accomodate for big groups and the parking area can fit camper vans and caravans with electrical hookups. Enjoy our beautiful sunsets and starry nights. Unwind by the camp fire (limited firewood provided) and soak in the serenity. OUR LOCATION Jindivick is a quiet scenic country town. Local townships include Neerim south and Drouin for your necessities. The property is home to an array of animals and birds and a rocky fresh stream. The Stream Campsites are located by the stream.We cater for tents and kombi-vans but not Winnebagos or large caravans.Sorry dogs are not permitted. Campfires are permitted as long as it's not in fire restriction periods. Firewood will be provided at your site free of charge.There is no rubbish or recycling service in the countryside or on farms. Please wash and take all glass, plastic, and metal with you.  We recommend you prepare for a ‘garbage-free’ holiday, with lots of Tupperware and unpackaged food. You are welcome to leave food scraps for happy chickens and compost. You may also leave burnables, such as paper and cardboard, for our bonfire.As we are a family-oriented campsite, we do appreciate knowing the names and ages of the guests we are welcoming onto our property. When booking, please let us know the names of all guests in your booking party. We look forward to welcoming you to our little slice of paradise!

My partner and I had a wonderful time at the Love Shack, one of those places that makes you want to extend your stay and come again. The scenery was beautiful and the amenities were plenty! We camped on the grass with a tent and it rained our last night but the ground stayed solid and not muddy, helpful for when we were packing up. Will definitely return again hopefully with friends this time!

The Love Shack was absolutely exquisite in every way shape and form. Charming, cosy, warm, and delightfully secluded. It was everything we had hoped for and more. The space had an enchanting atmosphere that made it feel both magical and intimate. Kate’s thoughtful touches were evident throughout and genuinely appreciated, adding a layer of care that made the experience feel even more special. Although we had planned to explore the nearby national park, we found ourselves not wanting to leave the environment at all and just simply soaking up the beautiful energy of the space. We had such a relaxing time. The hut was so cosy and lovely, with a deck out the back to relax and have your morning coffee or a cheeky afternoon wine. We had an 80th birthday surprise party and needed somewhere to stay. Treventy hut was recommended to us and we absolutely loved it. Absolutely gorgeous place, amazing views, well looked after and greatly equipped for our group. The shed was great for gathering, the fireplace (with firewood organised by owners!) was a plus, and having one of the toilets and sink outside the cabin was super convenient. The communication was great and instructions easy to follow. It is close enough to Lake Glenmaggie to spend the day, and the sunrise and sunset at the cabin was great entertainment. 100% would recommend

We loved staying here at the "Love Shack", the location is beautiful and so peaceful. we had a small group that setup tents in addition to the Shack, brought a couple of kids and dogs and they had an incredible time, the lawn games were a massive hit. The location also is perfect, close to hiking beaches, main town of Yarram with a beautiful backdrop when at the shack. the setup is fantastic, bbq each night, then relax by the indoor or outdoor fireplace. Kate was fantastic and very friendly and helpful when called on. Thank you Kate for a wonderful space and time away from Melbourne.

While The Love Shack is a private cabin, perfect for intimate getaways for couples we also offer larger group bookings for extended family / and or friend groups with the need for a normal bedroom/bathroom option. The camping area around the cabin is suitable for tents/vans and can easiliy accommodate larger groups. There are three under cover areas for group camping use :- an outdoor kitchen area with sink, bench space and a full size fridge/freezer, an enclosed pen with an extra BBQ, There is a large covered area with a 100" pull down projector screen (bring your own projector for movie nights and fun). A full set of lawn games is also available. The Shack is a two night minimum stay and sleeps two. Extra guests are welcome in a tents/vans outside at an extra cost per person. The Shack has one bedroom with linen available as an extra, a small open plan kitchen with fridge, kettle and mini cooker. The living room features a little combustion woodfire heater. Camping enthusiasts can enjoy a level, grassy site with spectacular views across the Tarra River to the forest, or behind you across the paddocks.
