Enjoy the peace and tranquillity of back to basic country living. Hampton Park offers grassed sites, surrounded by beautiful farming land, gardens, lawns and trees. It is a quiet, peaceful property with resident koalas and abundant birdlife. A community campfire is available in designated area only, (fire wood bagged up nearby to purchase), strict adherence to local fire regulations. You choose your grassed area to set up camp. Hampton Park has no amenities, you need to have your own toilet, (fully self contained , and leave no trace.) We are dog friendly, and dogs must be on the leash at all times As we have Koalas on our property ,we offer water at numerous taps on our property for your pets Easily accessible for all types of vehicles.

This property is located at the base of Mount Richmond, just 15 minutes from Portland. Bridgwater lakes is just down the road. And Bridgwater bay about 10 km from camp. We have grassy site available with plenty of shade for self contained campers. We often have Kangaroos and Koalas along with plenty of other wildlife on the property so keep an eye out and make the most of a great wildlife watching opportunity. There are a number of water holes on the property the wildlife like to enjoy.The property borders a section of the Great South West Walk and you can easily get onto the track from here. This walk has some stunning scenery and is a great spot to enjoy this part of the coastline, all from a comfortable base back at camp.Campfires are permitted in the fire pit provided pending there is no restrictions in place. Pets are welcome but please clean up after them and ensure they respect the wildlife in the area. We look forward to welcoming you to Shaddy gums.

We are located 10/15 minutes off the A1 Princess HWY via Portland Rd or Codrington Bessiebelle Rd.Mowed flat area in front of machinery shed available for camping. We run of rain water so please respect water availability when using the shower and toilet. You must be self sufficient otherwise and leave with no trace left, thankyou. (No water & no bins)The shower & toilet is the original outhouse from the 50s, located within the deck of the house. It's not flash, but shower is hot & toilet is clean.We usually have eggs available on the roadside for $5We're happy to have doggos, but be aware of other campers, our free range chooks and any stock in the paddocks.Heywood is 30 minutes which hosts Mt Eccles a beautiful spot to hike or ride, you'll find a IGA, a lovely pub meal, a skatepark and an outdoor pool.Tyrendarra you'll find the river where you can fish, use the boat ramp.Narrawong also has fishing & the beach. We are central to beautiful spots. Find caves at Byaduk and a gift store. Not far from Hamilton you'll find falls to wonder around. Portland has pick your own strawberries along with the tram to take a ride. Our property is located in Port Fairy, close to the highway and a short distance from the beach. You have access to the front area of the property where there is a private area for a small tent or a caravan/van. Guests must be self-sufficient with their own toilet/shower facilities and must take all waste with them on departure. There is a fire pit available for use and firewood is available to purchase for an additional cost. Maximum of two cars per booking to ensure you fit in the space comfortably. We have Breakfast packs available for $20 pp which include - cereal, milk, fruit and freshly baked muffin from Bp baked that morning. * 12 hours notice required Our home is 5 meters away and we have a horse and cows on the property. There is a large timber fence around the property, so it's very secure, should you wish to head out for day trips. Pets welcome to stay too! We have puppy 2023 and dog staffy. Very friendly. Port Fairy is a lovely coastal fishing town in the southwest of Victoria, well known for its Famous Folk festival in March Long weekend. Charles at East Beach offer you Beautiful Meal and Fishing Bait is available at TATTSLOTTO shop 64 sackville street. . We are renovating the house. 2023 all completed by May

Beautiful spot, we booked at the last minute as a stopover. We had the entire site to ourselves and it was simply beautiful. Rob and Julie were both delightful hosts. Highly recommend this beautiful setting.

We had a wonderful time at Hampton Park! The hosts were so understanding about our car troubles - resulting in us arriving after dark (they assisted in guiding us into the site) and then departing late (as our car wouldn't start). The hosts were very understanding and helpful. The site is beautiful, on a lovely lawn amoungst lovely trees are overlooking paddocks. No koala spotting for us, but our daughter very much enjoyed chatting to the cockatoo and playing in the playground. Thanks for a great stay, we hope to return again!

We had our dogs and couldn’t book into a caravan park as it was a long weekend, so we wanted to find a spot that was pet friendly, away from traffic, and safe. We arrived and left while it was dark, so we didn’t get to see any of the area but the ground was flat and plenty of space.

What a spot! Beautifully maintained patch of land with odds and ends around the garden. Peaceful and perfect. Would love to visit again. Hosts are the loveliest people and good for a yarn and laugh. Highly recommend making the trip and booking a night or two.

Couldn’t recommend this place any more if it tried! Beautiful sites, nice and big grass level sites! Most welcoming camp hosts! Originally only had 2 nights booked but added another 3 after the first night! So peaceful and had the most amazing sunsets! Photos really don’t do this place justice! 10/10, thank you for having us!

A great peaceful and spacious campsite in a lovely bush setting. Kids loved the double story cubby house and sandpit. A visit to Tower Hill Reserve to see the wild emus and koalas and Warrnambool Wildlife Encounters are a must for adults and children alike. So much to do in Warrnambool and surrounding area. We will be back for a third visit!

Absolutely beautiful property! Very quiet and peaceful with a great little cubby, sandpit and play ground for the kids. We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to book the next one. Our second stay at Shady Gums didn't disappoint. Peaceful, quite and bursting with wildlife. Brendon left us some wood for the camp fire as well. A perfect space to connect with nature and explore the area. We'll be back!
