Mountain biking is a must in the area, with thousands of tracks available right outside the back door. If you have your own horse this can be bought along and we have paddocks available. There are so many gorgeous tracks around to ride on and beach riding at low tide and the right times is a bucket list item! The location itself is 17 acres and is next to the Painkallac creek in a peaceful bush setting. This location used to be a horse riding school which is now not running but has been converted to offer camping, caravan and RV parking. It’s only 1.5 km from the beach and the Otway national park is right on your doorstep. If you have bikes, horses or love to hike or run, it’s a perfect location, be ready to be spoilt as there are so many tracks on offer in our stunning local beach and bush land. The local town of aireys inlet has plenty to offer, a general store for all your essentials, loads of places to eat out for breakfast, lunch or dinner and only 1 3/4hrs from Melbourne. No need to stress if you don’t want to be near anyone else, this is a small setting so it’s very private and only able to fit a few visitors at a time. WEDDING PARTIES, PHOTOGRAPHY, EXTRA VISITORS: We enjoy hosting brides-to-be and love the photos that are taken, but there are some things to note; • Use of our property for wedding photos or any photo shoots costs $250 for up to 2 hours • There are a maximum of 10 additional visitors allowed including photographer, hair/makeup, videographer • Guests names and vehicle license plates must be registered with Wilindi Estate owner via email • There are 3 additional cars allowed on the property only • Extra guests must ask permission to use the facilities including, but not limited to, pool, play equipment, barn • Extra guests are not allowed to interact with the animals • The booked guest is responsible for their additional guests and will be responsible for any damage caused. • Extra rubbish generated (wrapping paper/boxes) must be removed from the property by the booked guest

1 night at Ingenia Holidays Torquay

Sites are quite small and crammed in, meaning cars are parked in the road and manoeuvrability is a bit tight. Despite the plots being properly prepared (dug in, lined and covered in astroturf) not all of them were flat, so we moved onto another plot. Facilities were clean and showers hot. Access gate at the back of the plot to the brewery was useful!

Weekend Trip to Seahorse stud

Seahorse farm is a camper’s dream. Host Caroline has a heart of gold and made us feel at home. Surrounded by bush and a short drive to the beach, the location and surrounds is as good as it gets. Caroline’s gentle horses were great neighbours, an amazing experience camping alongside them. Already planning the next trip back!!!

Now Site 2 tucked away down the bottom of the property, plenty of room and privacy, close to the creek and overflow (very small) dam. Suited to those with 4x4 and just want piece and quite. Wel suited to familes, who like added privacy and extra shade.

Clear site directions with a good access to property. The spot was appreciated by the whole group, it has a good fire pit with all you need to relax. Close to heaps of days spots for exploration, would reccomend.

Great site for using as a base for visiting beaches along the Bellarine Peninsula. Not far from the Bellarine Coastal Trail for a mostly easy walk to St Leonards (2.8 kms) and beyond. Sites are relatively flat with plenty of room, can be windy at times. Damian kindly provided a fire pit for my use.

Fantastic flat grassy sites, heaps of room, and well spread apart. Alli and Damian are great hosts and were more than happy to help with anything we needed. 5 minute walk along a pretty country lane way to the beach which we did everyday. Also took the longer 45min walk along the beachside trail to St Leonard’s pub for a few drinks, steak, and a Parma. Fantastic! Will be back!

This amazing camp ground is pristine, quiet and private, awesome walking access through the property to the beach front with amazing walking tracks that contour the water line. Damian, Ali and family are exceptional hosts and nothing is too much of a problem. The pricing is as good as the property itself.... definitely the best priced hipcamp I've stayed for the location without a doubt! I'm a multiple return camper and will be back again!

Shacks Paddock is immaculately cared for, the sites are mowed and are enormous, in an amazing location away from the Hussle and bussle and the value can't be beaten and Damian is an incredible host provided by fire pits to your site for free....this will definitely be a regular!!
