We are located on 25 acres of serene, private bush and pasture that bounds the Narawntapu National Park. We have a beautiful beach that's only a 3-5 minute walk away.Our property offers lots of space for you to choose the ideal private spot. Take advantage of the beautiful views or if you prefer, choose a spot that is more sheltered. Guests are required to fully self contained with their own toilet/shower facilities and must take all waste and rubbish with them on departure.Campfires are allowed when there are no restrictions in place and you can bring your own fire pit. You can help yourself to fallen kindling around the property but please BYO firewood and do not fell any of our trees.Pets are allowed but as our neighbours have sheep please ensure they are kept restrained and under your control at all times. Please clean up after your pets.Across the road is a beautiful beach for swimming, fishing, picnicking and relaxing. There are great National Park walking tracks with stunning coastal views close by for guests to explore. You will need a Parks Pass to do this and they can be purchased online.

Beautiful located right beside the Ringarooma River. Fish in the river, swim or just spot a platypus in the river. There is a kayak that you are welcome to use to have a paddle in the water. We have a 40ft shipping container now on site, this has books and games you are welcome to use during your stay. It also has jams, sauces and honey for sale. You can now find us and follow us on Facebook. Search Derby Frasers Flats. No Motorbikes to be used on site. No motorbikes to be used at this camp. Property is located a 5 minutes' drive out of Derby. You can cross the river and then you are on the bike track that will take you to Derby or Branxholm, this is a beautiful walking track or carry your bike across river then ride. Quiet location perfect place to stay for a few nights. Awesome quiet spot to get away. Property is on a working dairy/beef farm. Wood available for sale at camp to use in fire pits for just $10 a tub. We have just put in a private dump point for guest convince. By arrangement if time permits I can arrange for a cost of $20 per person a look at our dairy during milking.

A recently listed property. Be the first to stay! South of the Bay of Fires, North of Wineglass Bay. A beautiful bush acreage located a five minute amble from Beaumaris Beach. The eastern side has a cleared area with little private nooks to tuck yourself into. Ocean Drive is asphalt to the front gate, then it is firm, level, all weather access to the camping sites. There is clean and well maintained public toilets two hundred metres away. Plenty of kindling is available and camp fires allowed when https://www.fire.tas.gov.au/fire-danger-rating/ is not a total ban. Keep under a metre, ensure the ground is cleared around and attend until extinguished. Pets are welcome, especially dogs 👍 There are private walking trails on the property. St Helens is under fifteen minutes away, Bay of Fires 25 minutes. Scamander 5 minutes. The famous St Helens bike trails are under ten minutes drive or accessible on your bike via the back trails. Ride direct to the trail heads! There is fantastic nine hole golf course at Scamander. We loved our stay at Farm on Franklin, such a beautiful place we were greeted by Sarah at the property and were allowed to pick our own grassy spot by the river. This place is perfect for families and you can bring your pet, fire pots provided and short walks by the river add to the serenity. this place is only 10 minutes from Port Sorell and close to the national park. Easy to follow directions 5 minutes on a gravel road to get to the site, some telstra coverage with semi level sites that only took some minor leveling of our 21 ft van. we would love stay again and would highly recommend to quiet couples travelling with their pets. dump point and woolworths in Port Sorell

A lovely camping spot 🔥 Nice & peaceful in serenity, close walk to the beach and great that no one else was there the first night but plenty of room to be spread out! The only thing is if you get there you feel like your in the wrong spot with the radon buildings and need to keep driving to the end of the gravel road to find the flat grass

We loved our stay at the Y! Beautiful bush and very peaceful with few campers aroud. We went up high and had the most spectacular views. We saw so many birds, including wedgetailed eagles, black cockatoos, fairy werins and kookaburras. We also saw loads of butterflies in the bracken, found a scorpion, a lizard and saw many wallabies. A paradise for two little boys. Great spot we will be back.

Easy to find, close to the beach, the ground was beautiful. We were lucky enough that there was only 2 other campers there but as there was plenty of room and lots of trees it was like we were the only ones there. We had the wallaby’s join us around the fire pit.

The site was lovely. With short grass annd very even terrain. We had enough space between us and other campers so and the ability to camp as a small group was appreciated. You can walk to the beach. It was also fairly sheltered and not too windy which is nice for being so close to the coast.
