We have close access to some beautiful nearby creeks and walking trails. With Four Mile beach, Spring Creek Falls, Mowbray Falls all at your door step there is endless adventures to be had. The property is right near the Mowbray National Park and the Bump Track which is a popular and memorable mountain-biking experience for those who love to ride. This 6km trail climbs from sea level to almost 400m within just a couple of kilometres, allowing riders to experience one of the biggest downhill thrills in the region. You might also like to explore further and do a day trip up to the Daintree. Your friendly host is always happy to share local knowledge so you can get the best out of your trip. Campers will need to be self sufficient with their own toilet/shower facilities and must take all waste and rubbish with them on departure. This was a lovely family orientated campground with a great backdrop of the hills behind Cairns and lots of bird life in the trees. The bathroom was nice and modern and very clean. The laundry facilities were also excellent. There is lots to do here with pools, waterpark and golf. Pizza at the bar was also really good.

A beautiful spot tucked away just outside of Port Douglas. Had the whole campsite to ourselves. The dog could wander freely and explore to her hearts content. Beautiful trees and the floodlights made setting up at night a breeze. Will 100% be coming back.

Gorgeous area beautiful trees and at night time they have lights shining on them looked beautiful. Host was very friendly and his dog. Great location we drove past a Big 4 caravan park that always had people in the overflow and we definitely made the right decision to be in Hipcamp

We stumbled across this bush camp and it turned out to be a hidden gem! The open space was perfect—plenty of room to spread out, with large sites easily big enough to fit two or three vans. It was incredibly peaceful, with nothing but the sounds of nature around us. At night, the stars put on an incredible show—so clear and beautiful, we could’ve watched the sky for hours. Best of all, it was super affordable, making it a great option for families or anyone travelling on a budget. If you're after a quiet, no-fuss spot to unwind and enjoy the bush, this place is a winner. Also only a short 5 minute drive to Innot Hot Springs.

Great place to stay, tucked away in the valley with views of the mountains. Close to Port Douglas and Craiglie. The bump track is at your door step, tough hike but worth it. Pat was very accommodating and his dog Ella is absolute beautiful.

Beautiful location right at the bottom of the Bump Track. Paddy was very welcoming, our dog had lots a space to run with a fence giving us comfort he was secure.. Close enough to Port Douglas for cafes and markets.

I loved camping here as I had a spot about 3 meters from the rainforest. So relaxing to sit there and listen to the birds. There is a National Park next door, I think the walking trail is called the Bump but I have a dog so didn’t go up there. Padhraic is lovely guy, very friendly and he also fixed my trailer brakes for me which really came in handy today with some of the descents on the road from Cape Tribulation to Bloomfield.
