We loved this spot! It is the perfect getaway out in nature with the comforts of home, including a comfy bed and warm shower! Avon was an awesome host and made us feel very welcome and had great communication. Our highlight was seeing the horses come right up to the fence and fed carrots right out of our hands. Great enclosed yard for our dog too! He had space to run and play. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at Heart and Soul. Very relaxing and peaceful. Everything you need is provided for your stay. Parts of the driveway are very steep but we managed it in a standard 2wd hatchback so I'm sure most vehicles will make it.

Peaceful, quiet, tidy, easy glamping experience. You will drive into one of the QLD National Parks, away from lots of people and noises, caretaker will be around when you need any help, better bring a touch, gas stove. Due to cooking for yourself is important and you don’t need to arrange the only one gas stove and cooking time with others, the lights are solar mostly, so bring a touch in case. I love here, also a picnic mat is nice to bring too. Highly recommend, the campfire is my favourite part.

Beautiful cabin made out of a container in the woods. Very private and has all the essentials you need, only need to take your food. Lovely enclosed yard for dogs. We enjoyed our stay a lot and had horses greet us in the morning. Avon was a great host! Thanks we will be back!

What a beautiful place it is, I loved my stay. Terralyra is a place for healing and sanctuary. The tent was large enough and the views from my tent were lovely. The showers and toilets were very clean, and Bush kitchen had everything I needed to cook and store my food. I enjoyed my coffee time sitting on the deck and inspired by reading the 4x4 adventure stories of Australia in a magazine that was left on the table. The host welcomed me and showed me everything I need to know during my stay, thank you Heather and Lousie, I will see you soon.

We also provide dog minding services! Photo updates supplied. Cost is $50 per day (add to your booking). All you need to do is supply your dog bed and food. Recently our guests enjoyed a trip to Fraser Island and were very impressed with the service provided. So if you love your fur baby and you still want to have a holiday experience, just come and stay here and we can enhance your stay by giving your fur babies a holiday too. You may be moved to a different site if your chosen site is too wet. We use Good Riddance products for the midges & mozzies during summer because it works, its non toxic + deet free. We have dry firewood (hardwood) available on the verandah for $15/15kg crate. If the site you have chosen is unsuitable, please let us know & we will allocate you a different site. Experience the charm of our countryside with supervised visits with our horses and Highland cows. Join us around 4:30 pm for the afternoon feed and grooming session. Relax and enjoy a meal at the BBQ area, which overlooks the horse arena. If you bring your horse, for an additional fee, you can explore our arena featuring dressage letters, obstacles, drums, and jumps, or test your skills in a dedicated area with permanent obstacles. For your convenience, our well-equipped camp kitchen includes a fridge, toaster, kettle, electric frypan, and microwave, along with all the necessary cutlery and crockery. Please remember to clean up after using the kitchen to keep it welcoming for everyone. In the kitchen area you will also find a pool table and dart board and arcade game for your use. If you choose to bring your horse you will find stabling or yards under Extras as begin your booking. The cost can be seen as you view the sites. The stables are rubber floored, meaning you use minimal sawdust therefore minimal dust. They are equipped with automatic waterers and feed bins. The yards are separated so that the horses can't reach each other from one yard to the other. Please ensure these areas are cleaned before you leave. There are rakes and wheelbarrows provided near the arena and at the end of the stables for your convenience. Our sites are best suited to self contained camping but there is shower and toilet availability on the property. Tidy pets are welcome with their own BYO bed and should be on-leash around the property. Some things to do within walking distance - Walk around our access road to the creek crossing on the opposite side of the paddock. - Check the weir for our platypus. - You are surrounded by incredible wildlife so be on the lookout for rainbow parrots, king parrots, black, pink and white cockatoos, kookaburras, echidnas, wallabies and yabbies in the creeks. - Walk across the weir crossing and up the access road hill to the top of the macadamia nut farm and into the Gympie National Park.
