Self sufficient Granny flat on 2.5 acres. l bedroom with Queen size bed, bunks can be arranged if required. Granny flat is surrounded by privacy from Main house. Own water and Electricity Unfortunately, the internet does not reach granny flat from main house. No entry permitted to back yard of main house. Free Range Chickens on-site, free-range eggs for free while staying on property, when chooks are laying. All dogs must be on a lead at all times. 2 older large dogs on property, non-aggressive with humans or other animals. There are chooks, ducks and guinea pigs, on site. Caravans, RVs etc welcome to stay in granny flat or just hook up their transport to electricity and water. Plenty of places to visit around Logan, Mt Tambourine, Kingston, and Beenleigh.

Keep gates shut.Completely offgrid - plenty of power even on overcast days and at night. There is a small monitor to let you know how much battery charge is remaining. If low make the showers quick and use the gas cooktop to heat hot water for your tea and coffee.
