2 nights at Three Falls Holiday Millaa Millaa

I booked this spot for one night and it was so nice I had to add an extra. Peaceful scenes, great facilities and great people with a huge amount of local knowledge. Situated near so many gorgeous waterfalls and outlooks, a perfect spot to explore the Atherton Tablelands. 10 of of 10!

We had a great time at Tropical Woopen Creek Camping, the camp area is huge with a creek wrapping around it. Heaps of room for the kids to play frisbee and cricket and only an hour from Cairns. There is even a toilet to use. We will definitely be back!! Thank you Larry and Miyuki!!!

We had a wonderful stay! The garden is absolutely beautiful, full of colorful flowers and lovely spaces to explore. Nisha was so kind and welcoming — she gave us a tour around the property, and our kids loved feeding the chickens. They had a great time running around and playing on the grass. It was such a peaceful and lovely experience. Thank you so much!

A peaceful and quiet paradise, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Every morning, we enjoyed feeding the fish and turtles, which my little one absolutely loved. The availability of toilets was a great convenience during our stay. The area is teeming with wildlife, including possums, butterflies, and birds. Nearby, we explored Etty Bay, a fantastic spot to encounter cassowaries and goannas. It's also a secure place to leave your valuables while you venture out on excursions during the day. Highly recommended—though the wood bundle was a bit pricey.

Such a great spot for a few days exploring the tablelands. Nisha’s place is very quiet and secluded, good to have toilet and shower facilities as well.

1 night at Three Falls Holiday Millaa Millaa

We had a lovely time staying at in Nisha’s garden in our campervan. Nisha was there to welcome us and help us set up, before giving us a tour of her lovely garden (thanks for the passionfruits!). Great to meet the Head of Gardening, Otto, as well. The surrounding countryside is breathtaking and looks like Australia’s answer to the Shire, complete with lots of cows. Nisha’s house is located very close to a series of waterfalls, the largest of which is Milla Milla, which I thoroughly recommend having a swim in. We spotted fresh water turtles whilst we were there.

Larry and Miyuki are lovely and our dog was as welcome as we were. That's important to us. The serene atmosphere was relaxing and the beautiful surrounds and clean creek were amazing. Would highly recommend. Thanks guys xx

What a delightful spot! Hosts are super friendly and helpful but also not intrusive. Their property is a lovely spot to relax and unwind right next to the pristine creek. Fish, turtles, butterfly’s and wallaby’s joined us for our stay. The addition of a very clean and maintained chemical toilet at the camp is an added bonus! Would definitely come back.

We sorta don’t want to say too much positive publicly as we intend making this our go to place for quick 2 night weekends as it is only an hour from home 😜 However it is perfectly private, shady yet enough sun for solar panels, extremely easy access, and very accommodating pet friendly hosts. Nisha and Otto were so welcoming, ready to meet us on arrival and help us get settled in. The camp spot was nice and private within their lovely gardens. Lots of chickens wandering around too!

Nisha has a beautiful garden, very private area to set up in. Rustic toilet and shower up at the house. Very close to the waterfalls at Millaa. Lovely place, would stay again.

We booked site 2 which was beautiful, although a little steep to get into the creek. The owners advised us on the second day that site 1 wasn't being used, so we moved there which is absolutely gorgeous. Definitly reccomended adn will be back again.

Lovely private creek side site. Deep enough water to plunge in to to cool off. Fantastic ?composting toilet - very modern and clean. Bin provided for rubbish. A really nice site. Thoughtful hosts. 😊

You will have access to our beautiful peaceful surroundings, with adequate shelter under some lovely big trees park your camper or pitch a swag. We also have a nice running creek that you can take a cooling down soak in or just enjoy watching our many wild life that are present throughout the creek, fish , eels and turtles. It's truly a very private and relaxing spot to chill out and enjoy camping for a few days or whatever suits your needs while passing the area. Plenty of fantastic swimming holes nearby including Josephine falls and Babinda boulders very popular spots for tourist and the locals. Site 1 right down on the creek large grass flat space big enough for two families to set up camp. The creek runs around the outside so there are a number of viewing points to see the wildlife mentioned above. A set of solar lights hang over the firepit area allowing for more light while cooking on our wonderful swinging hotplate BBQ. Site 2 Our newer spot work in progress not so ideal for camper trailers. your situated under our tree line away from the main creek but still with your own small dirt track down to the creek. A smaller paver firepit, plenty fine for sitting around an open fire while watching the stars at night. So please check by internal message before confirming your booking that way we can confirm a spot while discussing your needs to ensure you have a clear view of your camping area. Onsite we have our shared outhouse porta toilet which is positioned in the middle of both camping areas for everyone's convenience. Take note of our extras available when confirming your booking.
