Great spot on the lake. Very quiet and private but within a short drive to shops and cafes if you need them. Spectacular views and a charming old house. Well maintained garden with plenty of space and a fire pit. House was comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. We made the mistake of leaving the windows open as the sun set and then the house was full of insects (despite the fly screens), so once we knew to avoid that mistake the next night we had no dramas.

Which is a 5 k drive from our farm Parking area in the national park ,there are walking trails from the carpark area. Good for bird watchers and those who like to get outdoors and do some hiking or moutain climbing . How to get to us? We have two ways in . Option 1: Via Flagstone onto Bushman Drive – then into Wyatt road follow to the end and turn right onto undullah road follow for 5 ks . we approximately 14 km from the Flagstone Shopping Centre. Please note: 10 km of this route is gravel road. 4x4 vehicle access is recommended. Option 2: From the Centenary Freeway roundabout, at ripley head 21 km along Ripley Road, which continues and changes name to Undullah Road. This route is 4x4 access is recommended with some narrow bends – please drive to conditions. We do have 2 wheel drives make the journey ! ⸻ Important Notes: • Each site allows ONE vehicle + ONE caravan or camper van or roof top,swags ,tent If you’re visiting with friends or as a group, please make Booking per site we have areas for groups that want to be away from the main open area if you would like this please contact us so We can facilitate private areas for groups. •we have toilet and shower facilities available near the camp kitchen up on top of the hill area and rubbish bin provided on site. Which is 150 mtrs from the main open space area. The camp kitchen area and camp ground can be booked for private functions when available. Fees apply. The road is not suitable for caravans. Walk-in access approximately 400m uphill pathway. Campfires are not available during fire ban season. We have several peaceful campsites available on our off grid property near Crows Nest. Also a private glamping site with a 5m Bell Tent - with everything you need for a relaxing night away. We are 10km north of the town of Crows Nest on the Great Dividing Range. 50 minutes from Toowoomba and 2 hours from Brisbane. The hill on the property (Flat Top) is one of the highest points in the area at 700m altitude. From the hilltop, you can enjoy 360-degree views of the surrounding area, with views across the Esk Valley towards the Sunshine Coast and sunsets over the hills surrounding Crows Nest. There are 3 separate campsites on the hilltop, and another site further down the hill alongside the main driveway. It is very quiet and peaceful, yet only a 10-minute drive to Crows Nest. Enjoy the spring fed dam in the warmer months. 🏊‍♂️ There is plenty to explore in the area, including: 🏞 Crows Nest Falls National Park (good for a swim) 🐃 Bullocky's Rest and creekside walk in Crows Nest (dog friendly) ☕️ Lovely cafes in Crows Nest (eg. Moogerah Lakeside Bush Retreat is a small family owned and operated campground on the shores of Beautiful lake Moogerah in the heart of the Scenic Rim, SEQLD. We are conveniently located only 2km from the Cunningham Hwy and are set in a quiet bush location surrounded by the spectacular scenery of the Scenic Rim. We have a range of accommodation including powered and unpowered camp sites, group camp areas, bunk style cabins and a fully self-contained cabin. There is never a shortage of things to do, you can take a canoe or boat out for a cruise on the lake or try your luck at some fishing. Moogerah is well known for its large Bass & Yellow belly. There is a good bushwalk at the property that takes you out to Striker point and into the gorge waterfall with spectacular views along the way. If you have a 4wd you can take a short drive up to Spicers Gap National Park. Here there is a short walk out to the Governors Chair lookout with spectacular views of the Fassifern Valley and beyond. We currently don't have a boat ramp however once you have launched your boat at the public boat ramp we have a nice bay in front of the campground where you can anchor your boat.
