A fantastic place to slow down and relax - just far enough from the rest of the world for some peace and quiet, while close enough to have anything you could possibly need within reach. We were relieved to hear that the tiny home was accessible with a sedan, and charmed by how cozy the cabin was - the addition of the sauna and pool tying it all together for a stay to come back for. Of course, none of this would have been possible without Stu, who was a wonderful host and warm, friendly person.

Fantastic camping spot at Christmas Creek! Kerry gave us very clear instructions so arriving in the evening with no reception was very easy. Beautiful camp site with the most friendly cows we’ve ever met! Definitely recommend!!

Gorgeous campsite (site 1) next to a running creek. Site was flat and shady and good separation and privacy from the next site. If you in a tent take a shovel - the cows leave a few welcoming presents 😊. Beautiful property, well maintained and highly recommended.

The cabin was very cozy. It showed very high workmanship with a lot of mariner influence on Kerry’s behalf of being a boat builder a very skilful man very particular would recommend it to anybody and definitely be coming back thank you.

Very peaceful and a beautiful creek that is excellent for swimming. The camp-sites are very well separated. There are plenty of friendly cows around who will certainly come over to say hello in the mornings. Very calm and quiet. Loved it!

We loved having direct creek access right from our site. It was perfect for our dog, who's still getting the hang of camping. Also, if you're a late riser, this site is ideal— the sun takes a bit longer to reach site 5, so you can sleep in a little longer.

The truck house was beautiful, my partner and I went there as a get away from the world looking to immerse ourselves into nature, was a very romantic setting and loved every moment, lovely local area and swim holes to explore.

Michaley and Josh were amazing hosts for the weekend! The Hazy Stays tiny home was perfect for a relaxing time away in Pottsville. It was lovely to have the fire going at night and had lots of fun visiting the friendly goats throughout our stay! The tiny home is in a great location - super close to the beach and a beautiful drive away from some spectacular bushwalks! I’d absolutely recommend staying here!

Christmas Creek Cedar Cabin is a Tiny Home in the Scenic Rim. Positioned on a hill above Christmas Creek to take in the views, were you can watch the sun rise over Little Widgee Mountain and the sun set over the mountains to the west. This fully contained cabin is approximately 30 square metres and features a small veranda out the front facing Little Widgee Mountain and Buchanans Fort. Sit back and relax on the bench seat or table and chairs. A larger veranda out the back faces Christmas Creek and the mountains to the west. Relax on the deck chairs and read a book, or sit at the bar and enjoy a drink while watching the wildlife. There’s a table with chairs to enjoy your breakfast or dinner outside.The loft bedroom has a queen bed. There’s reverse cycle air conditioning to keep you comfortable. The kitchen is self contained with a small microwave/oven, a 60 cm ceramic cooktop, a medium size fridge/freezer, a toaster and kettle. The lounge room has a couch, 40 cm TV with DVD player, small table and chairs. There’s no free to air TV channels available. BYO DVD or there’s a small selection available. No Wi- Fi There’s a small firepit and chairs in the yard to enjoy the sun setting over the mountains and stars at night. The cabin is a few minutes drive to the creek where you can go swimming. Relax on the sun lounge listening to the birds sing and Christmas Creek flowing by, or enjoy a Scenic drive or bushwalk in the local area. Christmas Creek Café is just down the road. Phone reception is available at the cabin if you’re with Telstra. The property is 2WD accessible, but I recommend 4WD in wet weather No pets please.

Amorata Eco Farm is a working sustainable farm with basic camping facilities located in Barkers Vale. We are within easy reach of a number of walking tracks. We are a 40 minute drive from Mebbin National Park, 25 minutes to the town of Nimbin and just over an hour from Byron Bay and plenty of beaches.Enjoy relaxing relaxing around the campfire in our spacious campsites or enjoy a splash or paddle in the small creek. There is drinking water, a hot shower and a compost toilet available for campers.There are a range of campsites available from the edge of the forest down to creek front sites (4WD only) and in the Pecan orchard. Please check by prior email during the wet season for specific access requirements. Campfires are permitted in the fire pit provided, pending there is no fire restrictions. We also have firewood available for use. Friendly pets are welcome, we also have dogs on the property.

2023 HIPCAMP RUNNER- UP FOR BEST CABIN RENTAL IN AUSTRALIA We have converted a container into a tiny home overlooking our gardens. Relax and unwind by the outdoor fireplace by night while you enjoy the sunset views over the hills. We are close to shops, restaurants, cafes, beaches, creeks and parks. It is only a short drive to Pottsville town. There is plenty to see and do in the Northern Rivers. Please don’t hesitate to ask if you would like some recommendations. The container has been converted into a tiny livable space with sustainability and simplicity in mind. Features include a compost toilet, hot shower, air conditioner, toaster, stovetop kettle, fridge, daybed, queen size main bed (towels and linen are an added extra), small deck with an outdoor kitchen and bbq area. You may like to meet our pet goats or if visiting a farm is what you’re into we can recommend some great local farm tours within a 20 minute drive from here. Spa treatments, yoga, bushwalking and water activities are all close by. If you’re looking to experience the rural setting with the convenience of beaches and shops being close by then this is the place for you. This is a unique area in Pottsville and we look forward to hosting. 25 minutes to Gold Coast airport. 30minutes to Byron Bay. We will also plant one tree per booking. Your privacy is important to us! The glass doors are tinted and reflective, plus curtains are available for more privacy. The main house is a little over 50m from the tiny home.
