NSW Ski Gardens is situated on the banks of the Hawkesbury River at Wisemans Ferry.
Every October - April is our peak time and its busy! Please be aware there is river noise during our busy times on weekends so may not suit those looking for tranquillity on weekends. During the week it's fine but weekends are busy and a bit noisy.
We are 1.2 km from the township along the River Road. There are powered and unpowered sites for caravans and campers set in a rustic location.
Amenities include hot showers, laundry, on-site kiosk and boat ramp (fee applicable).
BBQ and covered picnic area.
Dogs are welcome on leash.
Firewood is available for purchase on-site.

We were very pleasantly surprised with our stay. A beautiful spot by the river that is very well maintained sites and the amenities were spotless and well located. There is also a kiosk on site that sells ice, food and coffee and it is dog friendly .
We spent a really lovely couple of days catching up with a mate and are already planning a return visit
Highly recommend for a really good fuss free place to camp

Had an absolutely amazing time! It was so beautiful and peaceful, and my family had an absolute ball on the water.
Our site had ample shade to sit under during the hot days, the amenities were well kept and clean. Our host was incredibly friendly and such a pleasure.
We’ll definitely be back to create more memories!

I really enjoyed camping at NSW Ski Gardens. Christine made us feel welcomed and responded back and communciated promptly on the Hipcamp app. Beautiful camping spot along the Hawkesbury River. The amenities and showers were really clean. The roads were a bit windy getting there but it would worth the drive. The campsite is also close to a petrol and café which is convenient. Would definitely come back! Thank you Christine 😊

I had a very relaxing stay at Christine's caravan park. Christine and her whole family were welcoming and friendly. The ground is clean and right on the river.

Had a powered site right beside the water, view was fab. Lots of wildlife. We will definitely book again

Easy site selection options. Friendly manager on site. No water or power to sites so plan accordingly. Great views across the river. Stunning location. Small shop on site. Try to avoid camping next to school groups as they are guaranteed to be noisy as I found out. Would happily book here again.

Loved our weekend camping getaway here to celebrate my birthday! Christine was very accomodating and allowed us to upgrade to a riverfront site on the day. The campsites and amenities/facilities are clean and well kept. Would recommend.

We had a very peaceful couple of days here. Big open areas and amazing lakefront views. Christine was very welcoming and loves to stop for a chat. Toilet block is older but clean. Highly recommend if looking for a peaceful haven.

We had a lovely camping experience at NSW Ski Gardens! The spot by the water is peaceful and family-friendly. The caretakers were amazing — so kind and helpful. We had some unexpected showers but still enjoyed every bit. Would definitely visit again!

Such a great campsite, we stayed with our dogs on one of the premium waterfront sites and it was perfect. There was a private sheltered area with a bbq, chairs & table & fire pit. Toilets & showers were super clean too. We also went into town and had a great breakfast at heritage valley cafe which was also dog friendly. 10/10 we will be back!
