If your want a patch of earth that is away from people but your don't need amenities this is perfect. It's right off the road up to katoomba so that's handy. The area that connects slightly downhill from the main area with the tables/loos etc is more private/less popular so better if you have your own loo or are content for a stroll. The gates are a bit tight if you are towing, but not impossible.

Great little place and easy to find. Michaela (Host) was super nice, and Teddy the dog is the friendliest thing since I dont know when. This site is only 8 minutes from Windsor Beach, which is the start line of the Hawkesbury classic, marathon events, and other paddle based adventure. So it would make an extraordinary staging point to get the kayaks and canoes ready before any of these events. Loved staying here. Will stay again.

Michaela, Hogan and Teddy (furbaby) together with their two majestic horses, Cash and Oggy, greeted us with warm welcome. They were very friendly and accommodating which made our weekend even more wonderful. Michaela was very friendly and compassionate. I enjoyed having a healthy convo with her. Also, she was so kind to have no restriction on our check out time. Which made our last day even more comfortable because we do not need to rush off and pack everything. We took our time which was very relaxing tbh. The Aldi shop was just less than 10-minute drive away..easy access to get a pack of ice or foodies. Overall, this experience at Michaela was really amazing. Would recommend it and would definitely come back

Highly recoomend this place. Super friendly owners with animals that gave the warmest greeting. Small space for camping but it is enough. No shower but clean toilet and small sink, great if you have the setup for this.
