We loved camping at Cargo Road Winery! James showcased what his winery was all about and we tried some delicious wines! Facilities were amazing and the camping spots are nestled amongst the vineyards! We took our dog who loved his first camping experience! It felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. We will be back!

We requested a last minute booking to stay due to being rained out at our previous campsite. Darrin was prompt and friendly. The communal areas were outstanding and very warm. We loved spending time with the friendly dogs. The check in instructions were clear and the site was very quiet and peaceful. We had a great stay.

Beautiful location. Close to town but far enough out that you feel a little remote. Lots of beautiful spots to camp with views of the mountains and vineyards and the cellar door had some great wines. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

We had a great time camping amongst the beautiful Cargo Road vines and enjoyed a wonderful wine tasting and a bottle or few. Highly recommend for easy camping with access to amenities.

Amazing. Glamping not camping. Very comfortable shared space that we were very lucky to have to ourselves. Lovely to have warm aircon on an unexpectedly freezing cold night. Boys loved the pool table and tennis table. Adults loved the warm shower and en suite. Lovely leather couches. Make sure you get a coffee and bite to eat at the Roasted Kombi in town as well.

The camp was beautiful and conveniently located to a hot shower and toilet. However it was also very exposed and the wind was howling for the 3 days we were there. It'd be great if the hosts planted some shrubs (like bottlebrush) for a bit of shelter and wind protection, without the danger of dropping branches like the large trees do.

Nice outlook over the vineyard. Little bit tricky to find a flat spot for all of our group with three caravans but overall they were very helpful and we enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic spot to camp & enjoy wine! We camped 2 nights at the wedding site, Katie was super helpful. The site was easily big enough for the 4 of us, facilities were great too and not too far away. It was super cold as expected however the fire pit really helped warm us up.

Winter camping in Orange isn’t for the faint-hearted, but merino thermals, Nordic-level socks, and a bunch of Pendleton wool blankets with an extra warm feather quilt, and we were toasty in our rooftop tent!
The views from Wedding are beautiful and the clear night sky was spectacular! Campfire kept us cozy on the coldest nights as we sat and chatted while ice crystals formed on everything around us. The showers here were plenty warm, even keeping them short
We really enjoyed the space, and we’ll definitely be back when we’re coming through Orange again.

Great place if it’s very hot or cold with a nice air conditioned cabin for us to use with sofas, pool and table tennis, perfect for kids or teenagers to play in. There were chickens, horses over the fence, sheep and the adorable Penny the dog who was happy to snuggle at any moment. The sites also have beautiful views over the valley. Also only 4 minutes from the excellent aviation museum and a few minutes more to town.
