What a great little flat spot to park up just out of Bathurst. We felt super safe here after reading reviews of other places in town. Kurt met us as we drove in and was really helpful. Highly recommend.

What a great spot to have as a base while exploring the Bathurst area!! This really is everything we look for when travelling when all you need is a safe location to leave the van while you go adventuring and seeing the local sites. Access to site is easy and the sites are level and maintained nicely. Definitely will be back when we are in the area for the numerous events Bathurst has on throughout the year. Well done!!!!

The campsite in the olive grove was excellent, plenty of space and the facilities enough to make for an easy, relaxing, and peaceful stay. I had three nights and enjoyed the birdlife, clear night skies, and the cellar door close by.
The hot shower, gas cooker and fridge made the camping so easy it is a great place for a quick getaway.

We had a fantastic weekend at Honey Suckle Farm. The host Pete was great making sure we were well looked after. The property is stunning with plenty of places to explore. Incredible views of the surrounding area of Portland. I would highly recommend on staying. We will be back again soon. Thanks again for having us!

We had a lovely time. A very beautiful area with lots of local spots to explore. We highly recommend the pub at Woodstock, a meal at the Woodstock bowling club, and the Japanese Gardens in Cowra. Rachel and her family were above and beyond in their hospitality, so friendly and even shared fresh eggs with us!

Great location for solo or group camping.
Stone's throw from the winery cellar door. We recommend getting a cheese platter with your tasting, fantastic experience!
Really lovely and helpful hosts.
Camp kitchen is well equipped for making food, with some basics to help out.
Beautiful olive grove to explore.
Plenty of wood for the fire.
Awesome tree house for bigger kids.

Lovely site - great views overlooking the valleys and other mountains, with gorgeous sunset And green grass, cool, clear air and no flies after the heat and dust of SA - so refreshing.
A local Hipcamp let us down at 5.30pm after a full day of traveling and within 20 mins we were well on the way to Rachel’s place, on bendy roads with stunning views. Rachel responded super quick and saved our day - particularly as it was husbands bday! Then Rachel left us eggs and tomatoes before we left. Star hostess.

I really enjoyed camping at Valley View. The property is lovely, very peaceful, with amazing sunsets. Loved hearing the sound of the native birds and seeing a few kangaroos hop by. The property is close to some beautiful country towns, most being only a short scenic drive. Both Rachel and Paul were very welcoming and made sure I was well set up, with Paul assisting me to reverse my camp trailer. They were also amazing, helping me after a flat tyre, making sure I was ok and that I had plenty of air in the spare. Thanks for a wonderful relaxing weekend.
