Nested in the Coffs Harbour hinterland is this stunning 250 acre property, offering both powered and unpowered site options and great facilties over 2 campsites.
Wayper Creek flows though the property, and there are manicured lawns, a large toilet and shower block with hot showers, a caravan dump point, a large BBQ shelter, firepit, and lots of lovely spots to enjoy the plethora of wildlife.
During holiday season we have a second campsite opened, which has lovely amenities, too.
We regularly have abseilers come down our creek, as a set of 7 waterfalls is only a 60-minute hike through the creek away. It is a stunning place for relaxation. With limited phone reception.

Our campsite facilities are basic and best suited to self-contained campers. We DO NOT provide general toilet or ablution facilities. However, we do have portable toilet and shower units available for hire (see under Extras).
We are a 55 hectare alpaca & llama stud & sugar cane farm, just off the Pacific Hwy, on Harwood Island, in the Clarence River.
Our extensive and carefully-maintained pastures offer a wide selection of peaceful, private campsites. There are also numerous small stands of natural vegetation providing shade and shelter.
In close proximity to us are shopping centres, surfing beaches and areas of outstanding natural beauty.
We operate as a cottage industry, processing alpaca fleece & manufacturing products from it. We regularly conduct tours & maintain a small farm shop.
We also offer a full range of home-cooked meals.

Never Never Park is a Sub-Tropical Rainforest property which borders the ancient Gondwana World Heritage National Park on 2 sides including along Coopernook creek. Located half an hours drive Northeast of Dorrigo and 1 hour West of Coffs Harbour (via Eastern Dorrigo Way) in the beautiful Bellingen Shire, surrounded by various National Parks with 4WD tracks, crystal clear creeks, waterfalls, cascades, swimming holes and picnic areas.
The property is 400 acres featuring spring fed mountain streams, cascades and waterfalls that run through its central gorge. First surveyed in 1906 and logged in the days of bullocks and hand saws, remnants of a bygone era remain including the “Jack Feeney Memorial Giant Tallowwood Tree”, a Champion Tree of Australia listed in the National Register of Big Trees. It’s over 50m tall, more than 1000 years old, and was around long before Captain Cook reached our shores.
The landscape starts in dense Sub-Tropical Rainforest opening up to lush green pastures overlooking the amazing views to the west showcasing hedge-rowed rolling hillsides and 1600m high mountain range towards Marengo.
The local fauna is amazing and quite rare, featuring the locals of the Gondwana Rainforests, Koala’s, Wallabies, Paddy Melons, Lyre Birds, Satin Bower Birds, Glossy Black Cockatoo’s, King parrots, Crimson Rosella’s, Wedgetail Eagles, Catbirds, Riflebirds, Fairy wrens, Diamond pythons, Water dragons, Giant Panda snails, Glow Worms, Fire Flys and many more… including our Horses, Cows, Chooks and Bees.
Similarly, the flora is very diverse including Native Tall Hardwoods, various types of Palms and tree ferns, Rainforest and flowering Trees, Vines, flowering grasses, Stag Elk horns and other epiphytes, Crows nests, Mosses, Orchids and more.

GETTING TO THE ISLAND
You will be picked up by small powerboat from the riverbank opposite the island (Visitor Point) but our powerboat does not operate on Saturdays. There is parking for your car at Visitor Point.

Once on the island you will be given a tour and shown to our accommodation.
A row boat and double canoe is provided so you can go to your car as you please, a rowing distance of about 600m. We can not allow guests to operate our powerboat themselves.
There is a jetty and a boat ramp on the island if you wish to bring your own boat. If you bring your own boat please only use it to come and go from the island's boat ramp on the far western side of the island.

Never Never Park is a Sub-Tropical Rainforest property which borders the ancient Gondwana World Heritage National Park on 2 sides including along Coopernook creek. It’s over 50m tall, more than 1000 years old, and was around long before Captain Cook reached our shores.

You will be picked up by small powerboat from the riverbank opposite the island (Visitor Point) but our powerboat does not operate on Saturdays. There is parking for your car at Visitor Point.

Yeoman Farm is an operating cattle breeding property located on the Nymboida River, 50 kilometres southwest of Grafton. It boasts 4 kilometres of Nymboida River frontage, granting you exclusive access to explore during your stay.
Activities include stunning walking and hiking tracks, swimming, fishing (catch and release only), and kayaking. You can enjoy picnics by the river or higher up, taking in the breathtaking views.

Lovely spot. The cabin was clean, new and had everything we needed. The hosts even had milk, eggs and berries in the fridge for us. WiFi was available. We didn't use the hot tub but it looked great. We were only staying as a stopover on a long trip but I would definitely recommend it for a longer stay.

Beautiful place to camp! Awesome quiet camp spot, close to the river. Great facilities including composting toilets and fantastic hot shower! The campsite had everything we needed to be so comfortable. Lots of wildlife to enjoy, walks through the property and the river was perfect for swimming, relaxing, exploring and canoeing. Alastair and Merryl are wonderful hosts- thoughtful in so many ways. We loved our stay- thank you!

An absolute gem of a private island escape!
We just spent an incredible few days at Mark and Savarnh's Island (also known as Esk Island), and it was everything we hoped for and more.
Hosts Mark and Savarnh are truly amazing—warm, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about sharing their spot.
They made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived, with great tips on the best spots and nothing too much trouble.
The location is pure peace and tranquillity. relax in the gazebo with river views, or walk around the island exploring the trails and scenery.
Having watercraft options was handy—paddle boarding and kayaking on the calm river was so relaxing.
Having the wildlife is wondeful. We loved spotting the friendly pony Rigby, the stunning peacocks strutting around and plenty of lizards running around. Also spotting dolphins in the river. It's like stepping into a private nature reserve.
Everything felt safe, secluded, and untouched—exactly. enjoying the serenity.
If you're looking for a peaceful, nature-filled getaway with fantastic hosts, this is it.
Highly recommend—Mark and Savarnh, thank you for an unforgettable stay!

Bush camp 2 was a great private spot, felt like we were in the middle of the bush! Lots of wildlife to see around. Nice camp bathroom too- clean!! Would recommend this campsite for a private bush camping spot, only a short drive to nice beaches and views too.

We were travelling and left it until last minute to find a place to camp. The host replied immediately and we lucked in big time getting a great spot overlooking the farm complete with ‘viewing platform’, friendly farm dogs and a field full of kangaroos. Super quiet, great sunset, close to Maclean and away from the tourist chaos of Yamba. We did plenty in the area - ran the Yuraigir coastal trail, visited Maclean, went to the Angourie pools and got some uninterrupted sleep!

Absolutely beautiful property! Ngaio was super lovely and accomodating. The cabin was comfortable and clean. Our dog had a fantastic time running free in the paddock and swimming in the dam. Looking forward to coming back when we’re next in the area.
