Access:
The driveway to the property is long and steep. A 4WD/AWD is required.
The Site:
The campsite has its own access and is surrounded by garden and bush with abundant wildlife. There are two dams nearby one of which has two kayaks for you to use and you can go for beautiful walks to explore the surrounding conservation bush land. A camping toilet with a small tent around is provided by us.
The host’s house is a 5 minute walk away from the tent on the same property but cannot be seen or heard. While we are always available for questions and anything you need, we also value our privacy and will respect yours.
Kids:
Babies and kids are more than welcome! We can provide a portacot, a baby bath, high chair and baby or kids toys upon request and if there is anything else you need to make your stay easier or more comfortable just let us know.
Animal companions:
- Dogs and other small animal companions are more than welcome but please let us know about your dogs size, age, breed and behaviour when booking.

TJ's has over 1000 acres of mixed beautifully grassed areas, surrounding Aussie bush, and a sand based seasonal river (the river is not always flowing fully). Where you can relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility of the Australia Bush, taking in the stunning views, listening to the wildlife, star gazing, go bush walking, splash in our crystal clear seasonal river or bring out your adventure side and go 4wding.
Pets are definitely welcome, but please be sensible and do not bring them if they are aggressive. Please pick up after him/her (there is nothing worse than stepping in a dog dropping).
Horses also welcome - we have a fenced cattle yard.
Hot Showers are available. There are toilets placed around the property.
We have communal sites plus separated private sites for those that would like some privacy. (If you would like a private site, please message us once you have booked).
Have a Fenced off Kids Playground.
Buggys (allowed any weekend at an extra fee).

We would like to advise that entry to our beautiful property is a dirt road and does have mounds. The road has just been upgraded and although has dirt mounds is quite easy. Any concerns, please contact us.

This is such a beautiful and precious hip camp. The people that run the farm are so lovely and very accomodating. They do tours on weekends and take you to their animals. /teach you about the farm and its history.
There is a really lovely waterfall and walk and the orchards are beautiful to walk around with tasteful oranges!
The funds raised from the hip camp goes to the Rotary charity in many countries it is a very cool concept.
We would highly recommend checking this out!

Lovely place. Very scenic and peaceful. Would benefit from toilet upgrade. We almost cooked inside the tin shed with the warm weather. No escape from warm weather with not being allowed in the water and not much shade. Caretaker was lovely. Kids loved the animals being around to say hello to. Would go back but maybe not in summer.

We really liked Glenworth, very tucked away and serene. Plenty of space and in a lovely setting by the creek with fields of horses around. The facilities are decent for the price although I can see if there’s more people you might be waiting a bit for the shower. Would recommend!

We loved camping at glenworth valley. This is our 4th time camping there. Loved watching the horses come in, in the morning and running out in the afternoon. Also seeing lyrebirds in the campsite was really cool and we spotted a goanna too.

Beautiful lush spot by the creek, very green. Lovely peaceful vibe, popular with kangaroos. Host Andy gave us a friendly wave while doing his farm work. Directions are clear, but if you reach the "Private Property" sign, you've gone too far (and the neighbour wasn't too happy about it!)

What a beautiful Hipcamp and only a short drive out of Sydney. We were greeted by the wonderful hosts and given all the information about our stay. The kids loved every minute, the animals, the orange picking and the waterfall!! We will be back!!!

Had a lovely stay at Fern Valley Ranch. Plenty of space at each pitch and having our own fire pit was great. Facilities were really good with hot showers and toilets. Loved seeing the animals and the waterfall walk was beautiful. Steve the site manager was super helpful. Would definitely come back.
