Here you will find great fishing, surfing and access to all watersport activities at Swan Haven. There is fantastic mountain biking through the Jerrawangala National Park. Sit around the campfire and relax (firewood provided). This campsite suits self contained campers with own toilet/shower and water supply. You can use our BBQ and rubbish facilities. Well behaved pets on leashes welcome. Horses can be accommodated. Do not enter the paddocks with our horses but if you would like to meet the horses please ask. Great spot to camp. We normally camp by the river but in future, will stay here instead. Lovely to wake up with mobs of roos around and its family friendly and more secure than free camping down the road. Highly recommended for families who want to spend a few days panning without the worry of rangers and undesirables by the river. Lots of beautiful farm animals as well.

Serenity beside paradise. This wonderful location could not be better. Surrounded by trees and birdsong, the serenity is inescapable, and this is before you indulge in the gorgeous outdoor bath! And only eight minutes from paradise! Magali was a wonderful, attentive host who was there when you needed her, but otherwise left you to do your own thing. Amenities were plenty, and very clean. Very impressed with everything, thanks for a great getaway!

Tricia and Rainer want to share their beautiful farm and it shows in the way they try to make everyone’s stay a little bit special. Plenty of space to set up and private because you’re not right next to other groups. We had a large pile of fire wood waiting for us, which lasted the whole weekend. Friendly farm animals occasionally made a visit. A wonderfully peaceful and relaxing trip.

Weekend Trip to Truffle Farm Camping

Beautifully maintained camping grounds and very nice setting. We camped, but also used the van as an ensuite/kitchen storage, which worked well. There's only a few camp sites which can be booked at the same time so there is a great amount of privacy and we could camp a long way away from other campers. Kids will love the farm animals, as ours did. Thanks Tricia for having us.

We had such a great spring break weekend! Scott and his family were nice and even let the kids feed the horses — they loved it! 🐴 We also explored the creek nearby, which wasn’t hard to find and made the trip feel more adventurous. The place had huge open spaces, perfect for pitching tents and letting the kids run around. Just one thing to note — you have to take your trash with you since there’s no big bin there. Other than that, it was such a fun and relaxing experience.

We loved our stay at Horses for healing at Sussex Inlet and would highly recommend this spot for anyone who is looking to stay at quiet and secluded spot. The property was easy to find and host met us at arrival. Campground is located near the paddock with alpacas and a donkey (host told that we could pet them, but they were shy and kept their distance, so we decided not to disturb them). We saw many kangaroos during our stay as well. Overall nice spot and would try to come again during warmer months.
