The paddock contains a stringybark forest and grassy box woodland with many wildflowers in spring. Very well located camping facility next to Goulburn. The designated area has some open grass for campfires and general activities, trees to explore and collect firewood from, and a small pond. Our 2-night stay gave us the chance to switch off from the city and immerse in the sounds of frogs and birds at night, while daytime was spent spotting the odd wallaby (and a feral deer) amongst the woods. It was also very nice for the hosts to put our 2 tents close to each other, since we came as 2 families and this allowed us to do all activities together instead of being on opposite ends of the property. Omar and Mya are very hospitable hosts and have excellent knowledge of their property to make a stay here a real treat!

We had a lovely stay – such a peaceful and beautiful location! The tent was cosy and very comfortable for two adults. It was a bit of a squeeze with kids, but we made it work and they absolutely loved collecting wood and exploring the area. The space was clean, and the beds were great – warm and inviting after a day outside. There’s a grill over the firepit and plenty of wood around to collect, which made for great family fun. Do note that there’s no cooking equipment or seating, so we recommend bringing your own table, chairs, and kitchen/eating gear. Also, if you’re staying in cooler weather, bring a few extra blankets. A lovely glamping experience overall. Thanks for having us!

This is a beautiful site that feels very remote and peaceful, the owners have a bell tent set up in a small cozy area of the bush land with mattresses inside. Additionally they provided us with a diesel petrol mix to help start up a fire and made sure we were comfortable before leaving us to enjoy the serenity of the nature. The area is abundant with wildlife, we actually woke up to a herd of goats walking thru our campsite which was an amazing morning surprise. I feel I need to also mention, this place is called stary ponds for a reason, the stars are nothing short of amazing. As someone who loves stargazing and photographing the night sky I absolutely loved the experience here. Would 100% recommend✌️

Quiet, clean and peaceful surroundings. Stayed 3 nights and had the whole place to ourselves. Camped beside the dam and although not far from the road it was still very private as hardly any cars passed by, no more than 3 a day max. Not too many flat sites close to the dam but we managed to level out our camper trailer. Clean flushing toilet was a bonus. Highly recommended.

Access is good for vans of any size along a track through the bushland. Lovely swimming spots in the Mongalowe River, beautiful clear water, and several lovely bushwalks around the property. They are very interactive and most were rescued and hand raised by us so have very unique personalities. There is a nature playground for the kids. Very limited reception. We are pet friendly for well behaved dogs! We have a strict on-leash policy at all times and if your dog is off leash you might be asked to leave. Respect all our animals at all times. We have zero tolerance for disrespect for our farm animals. This includes off leash dogs and allowing your dog to go too close to the farm animals especially the Alpacas. Please leave no trace. Take all waste away with you, during your stay and when you leave. Be considerate of other visitors. Feel free to use the fire pits provided by the farm. You can purchase excellent firewood from the staff or bring your own. The scattered branches on the farm can be picked up and used at will. However, we have zero tolerance for the act of damaging living trees.
