Private and very easy to access caravan sites available just 20 minutes from Canberra City Centre and 10 mins to fuel, Aldi, takeaway etc. Plenty of room to turn around and sites are nice and level. Guests can enjoy our peaceful and scenic paddock away from it all. Plenty of wildlife to see, Birds, Kangaroos, Reptiles and Wallabies, the occasional Wombat and lovely easy walks. Try some yabbying in the nearby dam too if you like. We are just 7km from the Barton Highway and provide a very secure property that allows you to go off exploring with confidence. DOGS are permitted on LEAD only. Self contained vehicles. (toilet) required. Fires permitted when no fire ban, fire pits provided. Wood provided at cost on request.

Great campsite
Great property on outskirts of Canberra. Huge paddock for the campsites giving everyone space. Very well kept.

Miranda Springs Site 3
Stayed at site 3 with good balance of sun and shade. No other campers present which made it very private - though the sites are reasonably close together for a bush setting. Would have liked to have been a little more central to Murrumbateman wineries but there’s not many options! Fire drum all set up and lots of small firewood close by the sites to collect. We enjoyed our stay!

Perfect hideaway
What a wonderful secluded and beautiful spot this is. A much needed calm place after the hustle of the city but so close you’d think it was much further out.

Peaceful Campsite Near Canberra
We enjoyed the peace and quiet of this campsite, and, although there were 4 other sites on this property, it was very easy to assume you were on your own. The site was clear and flat, with easy access for our 8 metre caravan. Our host, Janice, was very welcoming and treated us to a dozen eggs from her free range hens. We caught up with friends in nearby Casey, as well as visiting Cockington Green, which is also only 15 minutes drive. We stayed for 3 nights, look forward to returning when next in the ACT, and recommend this property to anyone looking for a self contained, off grid campsite near Canberra.
