Our family has been here farming since 1909 with 6 generations. We are very lucky to live where we are and we are happy to share it with people who also appreciate it.We have 12 km of Wakool River frontage to offer with beautiful peaceful campsites, great fishing, bird watching and bush walks.We have a number of unpowered private camp sites along the river depending on your requirements and interests. We stayed at site 7 over the Christmas break and had a very relaxing time. I love the fact that we were the only people for miles and found plenty of trees for shade. Water was awesome and nice and sandy couldn’t fault it. We took our caravan and had no problem getting to the site. Thank you we will definitely be back soon

We stayed at 1A, fantastic, secluded, private sandbar, huge amounts of space. Marg made the visit to easy to find and was lovely to meet. I would recommend this place to anyone.

1A camp spot was amazing. The beach was huge, the river was good for swimming and fishing. Camp spot was easy to find with signs. The hosts was very helpful with answering questions we had about the campites beforehand, and after we had a big night of rain, coming and checking on us and giving us an alternative track to get out of the camp as the other clay track would have been a little harder with the camper in tow.
We will definitely go back to this camp site. Our kids and dog really enjoyed it

What an awesome experience staying on Beverley Farm was. Quiet, really big sites right on the river and Marg was an exceptional host. The night sky was beautiful and the cows on the other side of the river made for welcome visitors. Thanks Marg for such a great stay and helping us with the use of your compressor. ( heed the warning re the soft sand) Highly recommend .

It's a beautiful place especially if you are staying a while and like privacy and dream surroundings. Private road on the property was about a 12 minute drive and easily navigable even though i had a hige van with a trailer. Owners were very nice helpful people.

Amazing. Stayed at the sandbank location very scenic as well as great for kids with some shallow water. Very private as well didn’t see any other campers until leaving the property. John is a great host takes you into the campsite. No telstra at location so pre-set your gps!

O my goodness, this place is magic and exactly what a Hipcamp should be. John and Marita is super friendly and they have a beautiful property. The camp spot which is next to the river is one of the best I've experienced.

Taking the caravan down on to the sand bar is perfect. It is very peaceful and a great spot to unwind. The information given prior to camping was very beneficial and very professional. This is out third year in a row we have camped here and will rebook with no hesitation.
