I fell in love with this area some 15 years ago and have since then purchased two properties. One in the Cacapon Highlands that I Airbnb (The Cabin On The Hill, check it out), and most recently, one on the Cacapon River. I am in the process of building a cabin on this particular property (almost finished!). I decided to join Hipcamp to help me out a little financially, meet new people and because its too beautiful not to share! Its a perfect place to paddle around off the dock, sit and relax, swim, or paddle down the river. Over the course of a few years I've tamed this spot to be comfortable for campers while preserving its natural beauty. I have added another site higher up on the property, properly named The Crow's Nest to accommodate very large groups - but - it is available as a separate site if its not jointly rented! It's bec
