30 years ago this was a pay lake it has been shut down for years. I got it a few years ago for a family getaway. So there is some really nice fish in the lakes. We have a outside kitchen with a gas grill, gas griddle and sink.we also have a sink for your use. There is also a toilet with a flushing toilet.

Modern Home with an Open Concept located on 2.5 acres in the country. 10 miles south of Bowling Green KY; 3 miles to Cason’s Cove and 1 hour north of Nashville. We are surrounded by creeks. No city lights, a sky full of stars, beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need including spices and condiments for your use. I provide coffee for your quiet mornings on the front or back porch while you encounter the birds, deer, and sometimes even a fox. Enjoy! The space You will have access to the entire space. You will experience lots of wildlife during your stay. Feel free to grill out and build a fire. The property is on a dead-end road, has a huge yard, and tons of parking. There is also a pond on sight if you like to fish. There are 2 back patios and a balcony off of the master upstairs. The house easily sleeps 10. Please refer to the details in the listing as to bed sizes, etc…12 guests can make it work with the air mattress. I am currently painting the inside of the house room by room, so you may see some painter's tape in 1 said room. Thank you for overlooking this as it’s an ongoing DIY project. Had an amazing time in the cabin! The surrounding area was extremely scenic and private, the campsite was very clean, and Bill was very responsive. I'd highly recommend booking here!

Enjoyed our girls weekend at this beautiful place, altogether we had 2 RV’s and the Cozy Cabin. A great time was had by all. We fished, kayaked, played games and enjoyed the scenery.
