Nice - Quiet and relaxing
Beautiful area, creek running through the property is awesome for a cool off dip after getting camp setup. The “2 mile” trail around the property “Ridge Line Loop” hikes more like 4 miles and is not heavily used, so keep an out for the blue ribbons on the trees or you may end up somewhere in Talladega state park. It is nice to be able to hike nude and not have to bring something to cover up with in case you run into someone not expecting that. It seems they recently had a brush fire and lost a couple of buildings / tent, so I assume they had blocked off most of the sites for use as I was the only camper there until later that night. Dustin was friendly and gave me a run down on where to find things while they were building a new shower area. Was a relaxing stay, wish I could have stayed longer, but sites were blocked or booked for the rest of the weekend.

Home.
This is the absolute most amazing location I have ever been to. We stayed in the cabin for one night about a month ago and fell in love. We went spent two nights in hillside bell tent and had yet another amazing experience. To me, there is no place I would rather go. We got the opportunity to meet and talk with Dusty this time and he is just as kind and great as his property. If you want to experience a place that will honestly bring you peace and heal parts of you that didn't know needed it, this is the place to be. You will rest deeper, breathe easier, love deeper and laugh more. Dusty, from the bottom of our hearts, thank you for this slice of magic you share with us all.

Dreaming of the creek
Host greeted us on arrival, and was great at communicating the camp area. The site was secluded, quiet, and listening to the creek to fall asleep was amazing! The pit toilet is just a few steps up the hill and was incredibly clean. Very little bugs down at the site, even with the water so close by.
I would suggest this site for longer term stays, as we were just doing a night & the hike back up the hill with supplies was a lot for a single night stay. The host is accurate in his description, but we underestimated it in our head! The hill is pretty steep and not flat, so pack light and come prepared!

Great Spot
Gorgeous property with trails and a river running around it that you can take a dip in. Camp and yurt sites have beautiful views of the water and rock formations. Host is very nice. Would definitely go back.

Perfection.
We absolutely loved our stay in FF2 Hillside. The tent is very spacious and the bed is SO comfy! Recommend hiking the two mile Ridgeline Trail - it's a beautiful walk! We were lucky enough to get to try out the new sauna, also - it is really nice and we enjoyed meeting a few of the other guests. Parksland is a magical place and we can't wait to return!!
