The Overflow
It was our first time camping at Sarabah, what a magnificent place, very private and Steve was an outstanding hoist.
We stayed at site 4 and can't wait to get back and explore the other camping spots.

The Cranny Sarabah Camping
We have stayed many times and would dearly love to return. Steve does an outstanding job of maintaining the sites. We have stayed at many hip camps and this is by far our favourite. Thanks for having us and hope to return soon.

The Nook was the perfect spot to relax with my partner and the doggo. The nearby bend in the creek is a perfect place for a swim and felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Will definately be back

The Cranny Sarabah Camping
We love staying at Sarabah!! It's the perfect little slice of paradise. Not to far from Brisbane but far enough to feel like your a world away. And the peace and quiet is sublime!! This is a regular spot for us.

The Picnic Ground
I’ve camped here before and a lot of other hipcamp spots and I’ve gotta say this is by a country mile, the best location on Hipcamp.
The property owner was just a Legend and can’t do enough for his guests.
Sarabah (on Canungra creek) is heaven.
Fresh running creek water, great swimming holes, level grassed newly cut camp sites, fire wood etc and no one else in site!

The Nook Sarabah Camping
Great spot, plenty of room for the kids to run around. Water was refreshing with plenty of shade to stay cool during the hot days.
The kids were entertained watching the cows grazing by.
Thanks Steve, we will be back.

We have been camping here for years and is still our favourite by far .
The large sites are maintained to the highest standard and are all very private,
The kids love swimming in the creek.

The Secret Spot Sarabah Camping
The secret spot was perfect for our two border Collies. Clear swimming in the flowing creek. Large grass area and off the road. Exceptional support from our hosts especially when we had heavy rainfall and flooding for first day.

We have been many times and this is our favourite camping place. Yet again we had an awesome time. Lovely and quiet time. We enjoyed a swim in the creek and our dog loves sitting by the fire. Steve is a great host and communication is excellent. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Loved the tent camping at Steve's property, very well thought out campsites and in immaculate condition. The tranquillity perched on the riverbank would be very hard too beat.

We had an amazing few days over Christmas at the Secret Spot. Our site was extremely private and was only a few metres from the river. We spent many hours swimming in the river with our two staffies. The evenings were spent in front of the fire in the onsite firepit. We especially enjoyed the regular visits from Steve's cattle.

The Rock Shelf Sarabah Camping
We have camped at Steve's property many times and keep coming back. Love the peacefulness here. The creek was beautiful to cool off in and we had a fire at night to complement the star gazing. Thank you. This was a much needed disconnect.

The Secret Spot Sarabah Camping
Large, relatively level site with 2 fire pits. Couod comfortably cater for 3 groups. Creek is great for swimming and easily monitored if you have kids. Sandy/slightly rocky beach makes water access easy. We had our usual visit from the local cows. This is our favourite site at Sarabah and we will be back again soon. Thanks Steve.

The Overflow
Steve was so accommodating and it was no trouble to drop wood off to us. The area was spectacular and fresh, clean shady campsite at the Overflow. The water was fresh and so clean, no nasty critters. Good rates also for the water and large spot you get. No campers in eye view to each site. 8 x causways to cross and is very safe. I will be back for sure thanks Steve

Is Site 6 known as 'The Nook'. Lovingly maintained by Steve is simply an amazing piece of paradise that you would be nuts not to go and enjoy yourself. You deserve it....break free from the hustle and bustle of everyday life just 40mins to Gold Coast.
Rolling green hills, natures best water feature, beautiful birds, the occassional goanna, truelly amazing night skies by the fire and the local cows will pop past and say hi. The sounds of nature is all you can hear. Ahhh the peace and tranquility - you can't beat it.
Access to site is simple for all vehicle types and camping under the stars suites any type of camping you can think of, be it a tent or van (long or short chasis length) this piece of heaven caters for you.
If you wish to venture off property (not that you would want to), why not pop into O'Reillys on the way to town for a picnic basket next to the creek and take a few minutes to say hi and walk / pat a alpaca - we took Noodle and Pancake out, both cute to name but a few.
The nearby by town of Canungra (20 mins from your campsite) is cute and has everything you need from fuel to food to everything in between - card / coin laundry, hardware, pub, cafes, general stores the list goes on. Fast flow potable water is available not 15 mins from your campsite at a very very cheap cost.
We enjoy this property so much we travel 5.5 hours from home to get here and have been coming here every year for years - it's worth it.

We loved our stay at Sarabah Camping! Absolutely beautiful location, nice and quiet and secluded. Camping spots are all right next the a crystal clear creek which was beautiful for swimming in, pet friendly and each of the campsites well kept and mowed with fire pits, would stay here again for sure!

We had an amazing stay at the Picnic Ground! The spot right on the creek was beautiful to wake up to - so peaceful. Our dogs had the best time exploring and enjoying the space, and so did we!
The cows on the property were adorable and added to the charm of the experience. Steve’s property is incredible, offering a variety of camping spots to suit every camper’s preference. Steve was also a fantastic host, making sure we had everything we needed and helping where required.
We can’t wait to come back and enjoy this spot again. Highly recommend it!

The Overflow
We were booked for the overflow but ended up staying at the secret spot as someone cancelled. The overflow is a smaller site, next to the road and close to the creek. It has beautiful green grass and a peaceful little spot. Steve is always easy to get a hold of and is helpful and kind. We always love coming out to his beautiful property

The Overflow
Large site with great access to the creek. The larger grassed area is well maintained. The sites are not too close together giving you privacy from other campers. Lots of bird life.
