has mixed feelings towards this listing.

If you're by yourself this is probably a fine option but if you are coming with two people, it's not the best experience. The table and seating can be turned into a make shift bed. However, there was no instruction of how to do it so it took us a while to figure out and the cushions are old, dirty, and crumbly. I felt pretty uncomfortable sleeping on it and thought I would be more comfortable just sleeping in my tent. Another down side is it's fairly close to the road and it's hard to ignore the road noise.
